About this property

A wonderful vacation spot with the best Apollo Beach has to offer! The house is filled with amenities, including smart TV, laundry, every kitchen appliance you need to cook, and a deck with a wonderful view. There are 6 bedrooms with king, queen, and bunkbed sleeping arrangements. We also have three futons and six fully-reclining chairs to allow you and your group to sleep comfortably. There are 3 bathrooms.

Please note: our guest fee for every extra guest in a party larger than 12 guests is $10 per guest per night. This is to cover energy, utilities and extra cleaning costs charged to us by our cleaners, who charge us more for every extra guest! This ensures we can keep the place sparkling clean for each new guest.

As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay.

Spring Training Baseball

This is the second year we stayed at this house. We use it as a base to attend multiple spring training baseball games. House is large and accommodates our group of 6 to 8 men perfectly. Hope to return next spring

Destination Wedding Stay

The house worked perfectly for our destination wedding stay. It is a beautiful and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The location was close to many attractions for our friends and family to visit.

Wedding stay

We stayed in the mansion for our destination wedding and it was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean, everything we needed was in the house, and the master tub is definitely a great perk for relaxation before a big day like our wedding.
