In the heart of downtown Colmar, just steps away from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of the "old customs square", the HARTMANN apartment (80m²) welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a family stay, with friends, with colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 2 bedrooms and bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
It consists of:
a living room space, television and sofa bed, as well as a dining area,
a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
two rooms with two single beds each,
a bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer,
a separate toilet,
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.
The public Montagne Verte parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.
You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away).

The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.
Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House Rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et l'accueil. Literie très correcte. Très jolie vue sur la cathédrale depuis la salle à manger. Possibilité de tout faire à pieds. C'est très appréciable. Nous sommes plongés au coeur de la magie de Colmar... Je conseillerai cet hébergement sans hésitation.
Le mobilier du salon serait à rafraichir, et il gagnerait à être plus confortable. Une décoration un peu froide...

Très bel appartement idéalement situé mais rue qui peut être bruyante.
L'appartement est pourvu d'un très bon équipement. Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine fonctionnelle et la localisation idéale pour profiter des attractions de la ville. Un parking gratuit à proximité rend son accès plus aisé en voiture.
Le système d'air conditionné n'est pas du tout efficace et tranche nettement avec le niveau des autres prestations. Il requiert que la fenêtre reste ouverte sur la rue qui est très bruyante: véhicules roulant sur les pavés, terrasses de restaurants ouverts tard, animations diverses. Les ventilateurs sont aussi très bruyants et n'offrent pas de vraie alternative. Un nouveau système nous semble s'imposer pour garantir le confort. Pour finir, nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait de devoir vider les poubelles nous-mêmes. Alors que vous proposez d'offrir un service plutôt haut de gamme, cet aspect dénote, voire semble mesquin, et nous a contraints à une perte de temps le matin de notre départ vers une réunion de travail.

concernant le système d'air conditionné, cet appartement n'est pas loué comme étant "air conditionné". La stricte réglementation à Colmar visant à protéger l’esthétisme du centre ville interdit de mettre des appareils de manière visible. Ainsi, à l'heure actuelle nous n'avons pas de solution technique permettant de climatiser cet appartement.
les solutions d'unité mobile d'air conditionnées ont été acheté pour palier aux quelques jours de grandes chaleurs que nous avons en Alsace.
Sachez que certains de nos appartements sont proposés avec une installation d'air conditionné, et si vous avez l'occasion de revenir à Colmar, nous vous invitons à les sélectionner.
