THE HOUSE: Luxury contemporary house in resort-style community of Escala conveniently located in Mission Valley. Full access to Olympic size pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis/basketball courts, extensive fitness center, 24 hour security. Gated community. This spacious two-bedroom, 2.5 bath has hardwood floors, 2 car garage for secured parking. Central AC/Heating, washer/dryer, patio set, and BBQ/Grill.
You just need to bring your suitcase as ALL the comforts of home are included--full gourmet kitchen fully stocked with all utensils/pots/pans/glasses. Upgraded bed linens and plush bath towels. 4 rooms w/ mounted flat screen TVs. Internet/Wi-Fi included. Pets considered on a case by case basis with a $200 non-refundable de-dandering fee to de-hair the house and to clean all furniture and carpeting.
THE AREA: Escala is an exclusive gated community in the heart of Mission Valley that is secluded enough to have that neighborhood feel, but still is within walking distance of shopping (Fenton Marketplace) and entertainment (Qualcomm Stadium). The Escala community has walking trails, a dog park, and great community amenities such as pools, fitness center and an Recreation Room (available for rent). AMAZING PANORAMIC views of Mission Valley from the pool area.
