Newly built, free-standing cottage in the heart of upscale Kensington. The cottage includes a private outdoor patio, kitchen, walk-in closet and laundry room, very large bathroom and a combination dining room and living room. The cottage was professionally designed and with high end fixtures and fittings. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a sofa that can convert to a single bed, a desk and dining table. Best stay ever

Perfect place to stay. Definitely the best vacation rental Property that we have ever stayed at ( and there have been many ) Bernard thought of every detail. If there was something we needed it was there.! Thank you for the perfect visit.

Loved the cottage!

This was my first experience with a VRBO rental and it was wonderful! Not only was the property and location great but Bernard was as well. The cottage has everything you could need. The bed was comfortable and I slept better on this trip than any other I have taken in the past. I would definitely stay again when I am in the area!

Home away from home!

No expense spared to accommodate a comfortable stay. Every detail was thought out to ensure you have a great visit. Traveling can sometimes be stressful but we were worry free. Bernard was a great host and provides a warm welcome, quiet street, and very clean cottage. This spot is nestled in a chic neighborhood. You won't be disappointed but if you don't stay you will miss out! We will be back.

Very Nice Stay

Had a great time in this cute little cottage Neighborhood is stellar...great walking distance to Kensington District. Host greeted us when we arrived and gave us a very informative tour of the property. Follow up communication was prompt. Great place to spend a few quiet days
