Centrally Located Guest House with Private Patio

Your home away from home!

Spacious detached guest house with private entrance and private backyard. Enjoy this newly renovated private space that is centrally located and is close to local freeways.

Minutes to downtown, SDSU, Little Italy, Old Town, the beaches, Balboa Park, shopping, and much more!

We look forward to having you as our guests!
Guest access
The casita can be found at the end of the driveway. It is detached from the main house and has its own private backyard with lawn and seating.

Life/Safety:
Fire extinguisher and First Aid Kit are in the cabinet below the kitchen sink.

Kitchen:
Full (mini) kitchen with a 2-burner stove, small fridge with a separate freezer, and sink. It has the basics like plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, and cookware. There is also a microwave and a coffee machine. There is coffee and tea, oatmeal, and some snacks available to you during your stay.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet. Extra towels can be found under the sink. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom for your use.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a full size bed. Extra bedding and pillows can be found in the closet.

Living Room / Dining:
There are 2 chairs in the dining room. Please let us know if you need additional chairs and we will be happy to put them in the casita before you check in.

The living room has a pull-out couch that can be converted into a bed for additional sleeping space. Bedding and pillows are in the bedroom closet.
Games are in the basket under the TV. We have Hulu live and Disney plus.

Backyard:
Enjoy your own private backyard with lawn, seating, and a BBQ grill.

My daughter and I loved our stay and after a day at sea world it was so nice to be able to go back to a clean a comfortable place and bonus of washing our salty clothes from sea words splash zones 😊 Owners are super friendly and welcoming as well as helpful.

So friggin’ caauuute!

Beautiful casita, stylishly renovated, clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I attended a concert at Viejas Arena and decided to stay nearby so as not to have to drive home to North County. It was a quick 5 min Uber ride to the venue. The host was super nice and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and Clean Casita

Our stay was fantastic! The Casita was comfortable and clean, with so many comforts of home. From the comfortable bed to the abundant linens and sunny private outdoor space. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. 15 minutes from everywhere and our hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again if the property is available for our next visit to San Diego.

Wow! We were traveling with a busy 1 year old and they were so accommodating to all of our needs. The pack & play was top of the line & super coming for our babe. He slept so good! The bed was cozy and the kitchen was nice. The bathroom was spacious & it was so nice to have a washer & dryer. The owners were super wonderful in giving us space. If you need a weekend getaway this is your spot..

Beautiful aesthetic and the MOST comfortable bed!

This casita is decorated beautifully, has the essentials you need and has an adorable private patio area. My best friend and I wanted a weekend away and our stay here was exactly what we hoped it would be! The Casper mattress in the bedroom was wonderful, the patio space was perfect for drinking our morning coffee and the kitchenette had all the basics that we needed. Ryan and Lisa were also incredibly responsive and gracious enough to let us check out a little late due to my delayed flight. This rental would be absolutely perfect if you’re attending an SDSU football game, graduation, etc. Thanks to Ryan and Lisa for a great stay!

Well-designed guest house with private patio in Talmadge

This is a great little property at the end of the driveway behind a main house. It’s well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I also felt safe in this neighborhood of young families. One of the owners happens to be the architect of this gem. What a great tiny house. It was perfect for me traveling with my two kids under 12, and the private back patio made the living space seem larger. I had stayed in North Park, Bankers Hill and Mission Hills before, and I felt great in this neighborhood as well. I extended our stay in San Diego and would have booked here again if they had availability. We will be back!

Slice of heaven!

What a wonderful space and attentive hosts! I stay in a lot of VRBO's and this space is by far one of the best dressed and beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is amazing and the private back patio is fantastic - 5 STARS ALL AROUND! I had to reach the owners for a simple check in detail and they responded immediately! I was traveling alone and was considering how safe I might feel while there - TOTALLY SAFE! My college kid did stay a night on the pull-out sofa which was very comfortable for him. My only wish, being a pale rainy NW girl, was for a shade umbrella for the big sunny back patio space. Regardless, I will definitely come back here!
