Each bedroom has a queen size bed for those that like the extra room. The living room is one of the highlights, with a 55" smart flat screen TV, Xbox one, and loads of movies to choose from. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, sugar, and spices. We have also included a ping pong table for whoever is up for some fun. For those hot summer days or those cold winter nights, this home is equipped with central heating and air.

Good: We had a nice stay here. Good location, clean. Beds were comfy. It’s a duplex, so I was constantly having to remind my kids not to be too noisy! Suggestions: The rooms were very bright in the morning - they could be improved by adding curtains to cover the mini blinds. As others have reviewed, the one bathroom is teeny to share with a family of four. Lastly, I was bummed the listing said coffee was provided but that meant three K-cups and a couple tablespoons of Folgers … enough to get us through the first morning but then we had to go buy some. Probably shouldn’t say it’s provided. All in all, a good stay but for the price I’d expect a little better.

So much better than a hotel room if you need to visit Richland. We have stayed here three times now while my husband has been working at the hospital. Very convenient location for Kadlec.

My sister and I stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and we found it to have easy access to many of the places we were visiting. Nice cozy older home with many upgrades made it the perfect place for us to call home for the week. The owner was very fast to respond to our messages and very professional.

Nice place

Nice clean and conveniently located. A few spiders and ear wigs maybe cause it was warning up. The place kind of had a hint of cats with a couple on the back porch that wanted in. Thankful there wasn't any hair or dander inside and our allergies weren't bothered! We'd stay agin, thanks guys!
