It was sufficient for what we needed, improvements are needed, no pots or pans to cook with, can opener was broken, also had to replace batteries in remotes.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 October 2026
I am sorry you were unable to locate those kitchen items. The kitchen is fully appointed with pots and pans stored in the drawer beneath the range. The cabinets have baking pans, mixing bowls and a colander. All the hardware you’d need are in the bank of drawers next to the fridge. I wish you would have messaged me during your stay so that I could respond promptly to any questions you had. I look forward to hosting you again next time you are in town. Safe travels!

It was an excellent place to stay. It's only drawback were the two flights of metal stairs to get to the apartment.

Anthony was very accommodating when I called to request, if I could increase our party from 4 to 6. He called back under 10 minutes and was agreeable to increasing the party size for additional charge.

It was so nice that our host provided hangers, suitcase rack, packaged toothbrushes and shampoos. Very comfortable with the air conditioner and laid out very well. So many little amenities well thought out. Close to Toyota Center and restaurants also. Very pleasant stay.

Dirty and confusing check in. Prior to check in our unit got switched same day so check in was a little confusing. The property was not clean when we arrived, dirty floors/doors/tub/shower curtain all appeared dirty. There was a lot of damage and much needed maintenance around the unit. Okay stay for one night but would not recommend for a long stay.

Clean and well appointed

The property was clean, it was in a cul-du-sac with other 4-plexes around the drive. Quiet location, close in location to good food and easy access to other amenities like grocery store, gas, freeway access etc. The communications were excellent and the property manager was attentive to my requests.
