On the edge of the Ecrins Park, the Queyras Regional Park, a few minutes from Mont-Dauphin, Vauban's UNESCO World Heritage site, you will enjoy an incredible panorama of the Durance valley and on this geological curiosity that is the "folded bed of Saint-Clément-sur-Durance".
Ideally located "The Clots Clément" is a newly built independent cottage, with a capacity of 8 beds (3 large beds and two bunk beds) is located at the foot of the mountain and at the start of forest roads with direct access to hiking or biking .
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to the shops of Guillestre (markets - local products - restaurants) and numerous sports, cultural and tourist activities, you will appreciate this quiet stay.
Composed of a large living room, 3 bedrooms including a family (a large bed 160x200 and two bunk beds), separate TV lounge, fully equipped kitchen (piano oven - fridge / freezer - Nespresso - microwave - L.-linge ...), bathroom bath & shower - 2 WC, one of which is private. Electric heating and wood stove. Garden table, barbecue.

Winter and autumn offer a wide range of activities around the mountains: Hiking, Alpine skiing *, Cross-country skiing, Ski touring, Nordic walking, Hiking, Snowshoeing, Dog sledding - Cascade de ice ... The area of the Forêt Blanche (Vars / Risoul) or the Ceillac resort are accessible by free shuttles from Guillestre.
* Less than 40 minutes from the surrounding resorts: Vars (33 minutes) - Risoul 1850 - Ceillac - Les Orres - Crévoux - Puy St Vincent ....

Cleaning fee of 90 € to be paid directly to the owner.

Chalet typique de la région avec tout le confort pour y passer un bon séjour (couchages, cuisines, sdb). Proche de lieux de randonnées superbes, d'Embrun et de Briançon. Excellent séjour en famille, sportif et au calme

Noël à la montagne

Trés jolie maison , avec le charme d’un chalet et le confort d’un équipement au top. Trés spacieux avec une vue superbe. De plus Cathy est une personne vraiment à l’écoute et trés disponible. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Là-haut dans la montagne

Super gite très bien agencé et décoré. Situé dans un petit hameau isolé dans un site magnifique la maison a été restauré avec beaucoup de gout. On y a séjourné en famille en été et le seul bémol est l’absence d’un endroit privatif où déjeuner dehors.

Superbe vacances

Nous avons passé des vacances fabuleuses dans cette maison. Tout d'abord elle est très bien placé pour toutes activités dans la région, à la fois proche du queyras, des écrins et du lac de serre poncon. Ensuite elle a quelque chose d'un peu magique avec ses grosses pierres et ses pièces qui se découvre derrière des petites portes. Nous sommes partis en famille puis entre amis et c'était super adapté dans tous les cas. Un petit plus pour la bibliothèque enfant où mes enfants ont vraiment trouvé leur bonheur ! On reviendra !

belles vacances

une location idéalement située pour randonner dans le Quéras et les Ecrins avec le lac de Serre ponçon pas trop loin et profiter du calme de la montagne. Le petit plus l'équipement cuisine vraiment adapté pour le nombre de vacanciers.
