Between olive trees and meadows for horses, come and relax in our quiet cottage where the environment is particularly preserved with direct access to hiking trails! Infinity pool, aquabike, yoga

Our lodging is classified furnished with tourism *** and Gite de France 3 ears.

In the countryside, on a farm located at the foot of the Alpilles, the Mas de Cayol cottage is an apartment located on the 1st floor with an unobstructed view of the Alpilles and Marais, with outdoor mezzanine and adjoining private terrace.
8x5 infinity pool available from June to October. The pool house has sun loungers and wrought iron chairs, aquabike bike available, fitness / yoga accessories, water games ... Alarm.

Access to the gîte is via the 29 m² private terrace, on the ground floor, with garden furniture, dining table and barbecue. Ground closed by portal.

Via a staircase, access to the private, not closed mezzanine, which overlooks the terrace, on the first floor.
The cottage opens onto the day room, consisting of an open fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob
2 burners, extractor hood, microwave combined oven with circulating heat ...), BIO household products and laundry, washing machine, dining area and living room with convertible sofa (high end with real mattress), coffee table and flat screen TV 106cm + TNT. Reversible air conditioning (included). Many books on the region for your visits.
A bedroom with a bed, dressing room. Shower room open to the bedroom with shower and window. Separate WC. Air conditioner.

Parking on site.
For babies; crib, cot, deckchair and high chair, bathtub, toys on demand (free)

Additional option: _ end of stay cleaning: 30 € / stay.
_ complete linen (bed linen + towels + table linen): € 30 / stay.
_ Animals accepted under conditions: 15 € / stay / animal.

Included in the price: Tourist tax, heating, electricity and Internet by WI-FI.

Mandatory deposit for the delivery of keys at the time of the inventory:
payment in checks or cash: € 500 accommodation deposit.
The deposit will be given at the time of the exit inventory, if no damage.

Maussane en canicule!

Les infos d'acces sont floues et la communication avec la propriétaire difficile,malgré les moyens modernes!Appartement propre.Nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse en raison de la canicule et, heureusement, car elle aurait mérité un gros nettoyage , ainsi que l'escalier menant à l'appartement.Sinon region magnifique et location géographiquement bien située pour aller de la Camargue jusqu'au ventoux.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant quatre nuits. Malgré plusieurs messages, l’hôte ne nous avait pas communiqué l’adresse à l’avance ; nous l’avons trouvée sur un autre site. À notre arrivée, la mauvaise réception a compliqué notre accès, et il a fallu attendre une demi-heure avant de recevoir les instructions d’entrée. Ces informations auraient été utiles plus tôt.Le gîte était propre et agréable, mais manquait de produits de base (savon, shampoing, sel). Nous avons dû les acheter nous-mêmes. L’hôte n’a pas répondu à notre message au moment du départ concernant les clés.L’emplacement, au cœur d’une belle campagne et proche des sites touristiques, était un vrai point fort. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était agréable, mais une meilleure communication de l’hôte améliorerait l’expérience.

Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig. Leider lagen im Hof mehrere Hundehaufen. Die Terrasse bot keinen schönen Ausblick, der Pool war sehr schön, grenzt allerdings an die Terrasse der Gastfamilie an.

Schöne Woche in Maussane-les-Alpilles verbracht

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und in Top Lage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, durch die getrennten Zugänge ins Haus aber nicht immer präsent. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und durch die Wohnungsgrösse ist Dusche/Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer. Toilette extra. Für 2 Personen kein Problem, uns hat es nicht gestört. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend fahren und die Wohnung frei ist, würden wir sie wieder buchen. Ruhige Lage außerhalb des Ortes und toller Blick über die Eselskoppel auf die Olivenbäume und die Berge.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Gilles et Laetitia CITI. Très bon accueil de Laetitia CITI et visite du logement où il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. Propriétaire très disponible et de bons conseils. Nous sommes rentrés ravis de notre week-end prolongé à Maussane-les-Alpilles. Encore merci pour tout !

Bon séjour dans les alpilles

Chez Laetitia et Gilles nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, dans un gîte bien aménagé, avec un bel environnement à la fois la montagne des Alpilles et la campagne d'oliveraie. Ce gîte est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours : la Camargue, les villes et villages provençaux , avec les bons conseils de nos hôtes. Claudie et Guy
