The cottage of about 35m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa, table, chairs and the necessary kitchen (mini oven, fridge, ceramic hob) television, barbecue.
In the wooded park of 3 ha 28 cottages are scattered around a pond;
the indoor heated swimming pool is open from April 8 to the end of September (9 am to 7 pm).
Common room with washing machine open at times and dates of the pool.
You have a play area with, swing, slide, ping-pong and table football.

Lovely little chalet in a wooded area on edge of town. Swimming pool on site. Great location for visiting all the fabulous beaches etc in the area. Pleasant outdoor seating area for breakfast and simple evening meals. Laundry and small playpark and table tennis on site. Supermarket a short drive.

Huisje in rustig park

Het huisje is klein van formaat, maar beschikt over alle basale benodigdheden. Voor ons met drie kinderen (6-9-11) paste het net, onder andere omdat we telkens buiten konden eten. Het park is een baken van rust, vlakbij de zee gelegen. Het biedt een speeltuintje en een zwembad. We hebben al op veel plekken gehuurd via VRBO en AirBNB, maar deze plek zou ik zeker naar terugkeren als ik in de buurt was. De verhuurders reageren adequaat op berichten. Enige is, er is geen wifi in het huisje, ondanks dat ik dat wel verwachtte op basis van de aankondiging. De verhuurder gaf toen de wifi-gegevens voor een andere locatie op het park door. Internetverbinding was verder wel prima.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Le logement tres propre. Le lieu un veritable havre de paix Tres bien pour le gr 34 debut par la plage de nantois situé à 1 km 500 a pied du logement pour aller jusqu'à Erquy pour 10 kms de marche.

Le chalet est tel que décrit sur les photos, mais il est plus destiné à une famille avec 3 enfants car la literie des lits de 90 est plutôt mince. Les oreillers sont à changer car étant trop mous sorte de la taie d'oreiller. Sinon pour les reste excellent. Bien situé pour pouvoir faire de grandes virées. Plages superbes et vraiment pas loin. Nous avons visité St Malo, le Mont St Michel, Dinard, Dinan et pleins d'autres lieux (châteaux, village médiéval datant de l'an 1206). Vraiment je conseille cet endroit car vraiment intéressant. A oui vous dire également que le chalet est situé dans un endroit très calme et reposant.

Un mignon chalet dans une très chouette résidence

Le chalet comportait tout le confort d’une petite maison. La résidence dans la quelle il se trouve a beaucoup de charme. Elle est très adaptée pour des jeunes enfants (moins de 5 ans). La piscine, les jeux extérieurs, la bibliothèque et la laverie sont tous biens entretenus. Les autres habitants des chalets voisins, qui parfois habitent sur place tout l’été, sont très accueillants. La plage la plus proche est à 5 minutes de voiture et est très belle.
