Appartement bien situé avec vue sur mer. Le soir nous pouvions profiter du coucher du soleil en dînant sur la terrasse.Appartement très propre , agréable et bien équipé . Bon accueil. HAVRE DE PAIX DANS AVEC VUE IMPRENABLE

Bel appartement bien distribué jouissant d'une vue magnifique sur le parc de l'Amirauté et sur la mer et d'une localisation optimale. L'exposition permet de bénéficier du coucher de soleil. A noter l'accueil de la propriétaire qui à notre arrivée nous a offert des présents fort appréciés. Enfin, la propreté exceptionnelle de l'appartement qui mérite d'être signalée. C'était vraiment un superbe séjour. Encore merci

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé pour aller à la plage ou partir en randonnée à pied sur le sentier des douaniers. Il est proche de tous les commerces. La terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement est agréable et bien équipé. Très bon accueil.

L'appartement est très pratique et fonctionnel avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La grande terrasse avec sa superbe vue a été très appréciée par toute la famille. L'emplacement est idéal (parking privé très appréciable). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques (merci pour la gentille petite attention à l'arrivée). Nous reviendrons.

Appartement avec vue imprenable et tout le confort nécessairee

La location correspond tout à fait à la description ,propre et fonctionnel. L'appartement a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour à quatre.Agréable et calme, bien situé,proche des commerces et de la mer(150 Mètres).De la grande terrasse une vue magnifique à 360 degrés sur la baie de Saint Brieuc . Promenades faciles au départ de l'appartement , proximité immédiate de la mer ,du Cap Fréhel ,de Fort La Latte, du Port Erquy, des Haras nationaux de Lamballe pour les amateurs de chevaux bref de quoi ne pas s'ennuyer.Le grand plus de cette location place de parking privé et garage en sous sol ou j'ai pu stationner en toute sécurité un 3008.Propriétaire à l'écoute des locataires et ouvert à toutes suggestions d'amélioration .Nous recommandons cette location pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la région ou profiter de la plage et de tout le charme de la ville de Pléneuf Val André.

LOCATION TRES BIEN SITUEE

Les points positifs : cette location est très bien située. Les commerces et la plage sont à quelques pas seulement. Très jolie vue sur la mer. Le balcon/terrasse est spacieux. L'appartement est très propre et relativement bien équipé. Les points négatifs : L'appartement est assez sombre. Le matelas du lit 2 personnes n'est pas confortable. Le samedi soir, les sorties du bar qu'il y a à proximité sont très, très bruyantes. On ne peut pas utiliser pleinement le balcon car l'architecture fait que les voisins du dessus ont une vue plongeante sur vous.... Globalement, nous avons passé un agréable séjour car les balades alentours sont magnifiques et nombreuses.
