We visited in Autumn so only walked on the beach, but it was a beautiful beach and I am sure families would love it. The flat was spotless and comfortable. We would have liked a book of instructions about the flat, how to use heating, appliances etc. I use a wheelchair so it was great for me to walk/roll on the promenade and go for a drink or a meal.A good place for a holiday for all ages, including kids nd old folk.

Lorsque des travaux ont lieu dans l’appartement ou sur les balcons, il serait correct de prévenir le locataire ou de ne pas louer pendant cette période.Par ailleurs, l’appartement est très bien situé et Pleneuf toujours aussi agréable.

Top Lage, Strand fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar, alles nötigen Geschäfte, Lokale ebenso fußläufig erreichbar. Es war früher bestimmt eine gepflegte Wohnung. Leider inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Silikonfuge in der Dusche verschimmelt, Rostflecken im Rahmen der Badtüre. Grundsauberkeit fehlte, schmutzige Töpfe in den Schränken, verstaubte Deko, schmutziges Sofa, Staub in den Kleiderschränken usw.

Madame, même si nous n’avons depuis toujours jamais reçu aucune remarque quant à la propreté de notre appartement, nous avons consenti à une demande de discount de 50€. Hélas, vous avez laissé notre appartement dans un état indigne de personnes très soucieuses de la propreté!

Douceur de septembre

Logement très agréable, confortable, calme en cette période, sans vis à vis, situé à 2 pas de la grande plage et des commerces. Le matin et le soir on entend le chant des oiseaux dans le grand sapin situé juste en face de la terrasse. On recommande et on y retournera à cette période.
