Perfectly located, peaceful apartment

The apartment is perfectly located, practically on the beach, opposite a grocery store (sells croissants etc in the morning) and steps from a variety of restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the outdoor Terrace is great! You do need to bring your own everything, like bin bags, coffee filters, toilet paper. Also, sheets and towels - though you can rent those. Would return.

Great location - would stay there again

Outside space is excellent - sun all day, garden furniture is very good. Inside is quite small to be honest, but it was what we expected so no surprises. Kitchen well fitted, crockery and utensils were very good, could definitely do with a sharp knife added. Bedroom, again as expected quite small, but good hanging space and drawers, only real complaint was only one bedside table, there was a normal dining chair being used on one side, not ideal. Bathroom was ok, although the shower pressure reduced as the week went on. Definitely what is needed is 2 shower mats, one in the shower itself and another outside the shower because the entrance to the shower is very narrow and quite difficult to get in and out of if you have any sort of mobility problem. To sum up, would I return to the property, most definitely. Location is perfect, the area with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, and the promenade and beach is amazing. We were a bit unlucky with the timing as there was major roadworks going on by the entrance to the road. Great place, and the communication with Baptise was easy.

Location idéalement située. Tous les commerces, la digue et la plage sont à quelques mètres. Bien équipée et literie confortable. Par contre, un gros bémol sur la douche qui n'a pas de pression. Il manque un étendoir à linge assez grand pour faire sécher son linge en cas de pluie. La cour est très agréable.

À la recherche d’un Lieu pour dormir au bord de la mer et de profiter de la beauté des côtes d’Armor et des trésor de la cote. Le logement de Sylvie a rempli pleinement nos attentes quel plaisir le matin de faire un petit tour sur la plage et la proximité des commerces pour tout faire à pied je recommande grandement

L'emplacement est idéal à 2 pas de la mer et de toutes les commodités. L'appartement est fonctionnel et même si le temps était un peu frais, on a pût profiter de la belle terrasse. L'arrivée et le départ organisé par Baptiste de la conciergerie étaient simple et rapide. Si j'ai occasion, je reviendrai dans cette location

Optimale Lage

Die Wohnung ist guter Durchschnitt, hat alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Unübertroffen ist aber die Lage. Es ist sehr ruhig, obwohl man sich praktisch im Zentrum von Valle André befindet, mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und anderen Läden um die Ecke. In der kurzen Sackgasse, die direkt an der Strandpromenade endet, gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Bis zur wunderschönen Promenade mit Panoramablick über den einmaligen Strand sind es tatsächlich nur 20 Schritte! Baden kann man sowohl bei Ebbe als auch bei Flut. Wir haben einen unserer schönsten Urlaube, allerdings bei 14 Tage Traumwetter, genossen.
