Sainte Maxime - Air-conditioned villa-10 pers-heated swimming pool

In Sainte-Maxime, in a green setting with a panoramic sea view over the bay of Saint-Tropez, this pretty villa of 180 m2 will seduce you with its peaceful location, its refined decoration and its high-end services.

Outside, a large private swimming pool (11 X 5) heated (from May 1) and secured by curtain and a terrace await you for lazing on deckchairs in the sun.

The 1,500 m2 enclosed garden with a pétanque court provides you with great tranquility facing the sea.

The villa is air conditioned and has a large fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room with large flat screen TV.

A large covered terrace accessible directly from the kitchen, will allow you to have lunch in the shade or dine with friends while contemplating the Mediterranean. It is equipped with a built-in barbecue.

You will have 11 beds and 3 bathrooms:
- bedroom 1: 160 bed
- bedroom 2: 3 single beds
- bedroom 3: 160 bed
- bedroom 4: 160 bed
- secondary living room: a convertible sofa bed

Please note reservation by fortnight only in July / August.

The house has just been renovated and furnished (designer furniture and new appliances) by an interior designer.

We had such a wonderful time at Villa Palmeraie! The view is breathtaking — every morning and evening felt like a postcard. The location is quiet, peaceful, and truly idyllic, yet just a short drive from the center of Sainte-Maxime, beaches, and great restaurants.The villa is comfortable, well-equipped, and full of charm. We especially loved the outdoor spaces — ideal for relaxing, dining, and soaking in the scenery.The owner was very responsive and helpful, which made everything easy and stress-free from booking to check-out.We’d absolutely recommend Villa Palmeraie for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing escape on the Côte d’Azur!

When arriving at the villa you understand better the expression: living like God in France : Superb view Southern exposure so sun all daySwimming pool and petanque available Well equiped kitchen Cosy salon & living.Do not hesitate : if you want to spend quality time in the Côte d'Azur book La Nartelle.PS : on top you receive a very friendly owner with excellent taste of Champagne : 2 bottles were in the fridge to welcome us. 10/10

Très beau séjour

Très belle villa avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine chauffée et la terrasse couverte où nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'équipement était partiellement tout neuf (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, ...). Nous aurions aimé avoir une climatisation aussi au rez-de-chaussée et toutes les portes pourraient se fermer plus facilement et plus hermétiquement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Relaxing Get Away

This property is so beautiful. The landscaping creates a private oasis with magnificent views. The house is very well maintained with a well appointed kitchen, much appreciated laundry facility, and plenty of space for gathering. David is a very responsive and gracious host: a lovely holiday.

Villa avec belle vue

Belle maison située dans un domaine plutôt aisé en colline à La Nartelle, Sainte Maxime. Très calme (très grandes villas de luxe vosines). Vue mer splendide. La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Bon conctact avec le propriétaire. La plage se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture. À améliorer: Par endroits trop de trucs du propriétaire, à l'arrivée des aliments se trouvent encore dans le réfrigérateur (p.ex bouteille d'eau ouverte), petites réparations/rénovations à prévoir prochainement. Situation août 2022: La couverture de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas (piscine équipée d'un système alarme anti noyade). Pour autant tous dans un cadre acceptable. De manière générale la maison est à conseiller sans réserve. Merci.

Traumhafter Blick in ruhiger Lage

Objekt liegt sehr schön. Es ist ein älteres Haus mit Verschleißerscheinungen, die behoben werden müßten. An manchen Stellen etwas feucht, aber nicht beeinträchtigend. Vermieter hat bei Problemen schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Würden wir wieder buchen, allerdings sollten die kleinen Mängel beseitigt sein.

The view is splendid . Really lovely. David is a very attentive host and everything went really smooth. Thnx, that made it real easy. (check in and out). The airco in the bedrooms is very nice and welcome. Over all, we had a great stay at this villa.

Très belle Villa idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme avec une magnifique vue imprenable, décoration et qualité des équipements, tout à été parfait, une mention à la grande piscine chauffée. Nous avons fortement apprécié la maison et ses environs. La maison de David et Laetitia est au calme, bien placée pour découvrir la région et possède une magnifique vue sur la mer (c’était le point important que nous recherchions). Nous étions un couple et 3 enfants de 12, 11 et 2 ans. La maison était très propre, chauffée et bien équipée, y compris pour notre petite. Natacha, qui s’occupe de la maison, nous a accueillis en nous donnant les informations nécessaires. Le garage nous a permis d’y garer notre van VW T6 haut de 2m. La literie était confortable. Il y a aussi des jeux pour enfants. Nous y étions donc en hiver donc nous n’avons pas testé la piscine avec vue et pas eu le temps de tester le boulodrome mais ce sera pour la prochaine fois ! Merci Laetitia et David. Vous avez une maison très agréable ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Als God in Frankrijk

We hebben genoten van een fantastische vakantie "Als God in Frankrijk". De villa is super gezellig, en het uitzicht op de baai van Saint-Tropez is fenomenaal. Het strand van La Nartelle is een must, bij Beach Club & Restaurant "La Voile" waren we samen met onze hond graag geziene gasten, ook op het strand en in de zee!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la région et nous avons beaucoup aimé la villa. Elle a de très nombreux atouts et en premier lieu une vue à 180 degrés sur la baie , la piscine est de trés bonne dimension , la terrasse et ses agencements ainsi que les équipements sont très bien pensés . Wonderful place

We spent a wonderful time. The house astonished with an incredible view and is placed in a very calm neighborhood. It is equipped with really everything you need (including binoculars to watch the ships passing the bay of St. Tropez or an ice cube machine....) and lies only 7 min away from St Maxime Beach or the shopping area. David and Natacha took care of perfectly and we thank both of them having had such a good time (David, thanks for the marvelous champagne!!). It was a perfect stay at a perfect place.... we say: Merci beaucoup...!
