I make my living in the film and television industry, so I'm in LA nine months of the year. Our "season" starts up at the end of July, so I decided to make my place available this summer.
Why they chose this property
This will be my retirement house, my "forever" house. It's my third time in the Berkshires. I love it here. I looked at over 60 homes before I walked into this one; once I'd stepped inside, I made an offer on the spot. The charm, the location, the thought that's gone into all the details of this house. There's really nothing like it, anywhere.
What makes this property unique
Previous owner was an avid chef. For a small house, you'll be getting an AMAZING kitchen, perfect for entertaining.
Oh, and an avid gardener. In addition to the gardener I pay, I put in about 20 hours a week on the property.
