Completely updated cabin style home. Home is located on a busy street of Vancouver, with a bus stop just steps away. First floor features an open floor concept living area; living room, dining nook and a fully stocked kitchen with floating shelves. Brand new 50” Roku TV in the living room. 1 bedroom on main level- queen bed. Another room can be made private by closing off the ceiling curtains at the loft stairs. This room has a trundle bed.

Downstairs:
King size bed in the bedroom. Family room comes with a 2nd smart Roku TV, sleeper sofa and a foosball table.
Writing desk with a printer.
2nd shower bathroom.

Central AC system operated by a Nest thermostat.
