Located in L'Anse à l'Âne, Trois-Ilets district, one of the most touristy towns in Martinique, this three-bedroom villa, a bathroom and an outdoor shower is perfect for families and groups. 'friends. You will appreciate the proximity of the various amenities and the beach of L'Anse à l'Âne (60 meters away) which gives access to the maritime transport by which you arrive at the capital Fort de France in 20 minutes. The villa is protected by an automatic gate and a hedge that assure you full privacy. A garage allows you to park two vehicles.

Housing :
The villa of 85m ² is fully furnished and equipped, you will find enough to cook: an American kitchen opened on a large terrace and a small garden with barbecue and outside shower. You will also enjoy a bathroom and separate WC. The three bedrooms are air conditioned. Although the rate is for 5 people, the villa can accommodate up to seven people, including 3 children or teenagers. It is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood:
This is a very quiet residential area. You will find the supermarket, the shops and the various conveniences (petrol station, bakery, restaurants, cash dispenser) within a radius of 300m. Nearby you can practice several sporting activities with the 18-hole golf course located 3 km from the villa, the health course 2 km away and the diving club and water sports on the beach. You can also have the opportunity to go horseback riding through the Ranch Jack located about 1km from the villa. The casino is located 5 km

Very nice house and immaculate. Nicer than your average beach house, much nicer . Short amble to the ibeach n the cove l'Ane Restaurants on the beach and ferry to Fort deF. Wonderful bakery 3 blocks away. Market there too. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

The house, Florence and her husband were just wonderful. First the house, three bedroom, a separate WC (with a sink) and a large shower/sink bath. AC in all bedrooms. Large living room, galley kitchen and a huge porch with a hammock just made for afternoon naps. A large table that seats six, I think. A secure place to park a car with an electric gate. Private and secure. Some street noise, about a short block to a great beach. Lots of beach restaurants, a grocery store with good produce and there is some street food in the area. Even an ATM that I just could not get to work even though I had no other ATM problems in Martinique. A ferry that can get you to Fort de France and consequentially a ton of other destinations by boat. We did two weeks without a car but we are lazy, beachy travelers. If you are sightseers, have a car. Since this is in English I’ll say that on checkin, their English isn’t very extensive but WAY better than our French. We went to their country without their language, they were very patient and accommodating. Google translate handled most of it. Everyone did just fine. They even took us on a walking tour of the area and pointed out where to go for what. They were just great! Martinique, in general, would be wonderful with some French. We had a great time without any. It was our first trip there, we did it on a lark. We knew almost nothing about it. An airline sent us an amazing promo and we said “why not?”. We do that. Florence’s place, don’t hesitate. Spotless and I mean spotless, well quipped. Without a car, the taxi situation can be a bit dicy though. It is quite a distance from the airport and the local taxis weren’t very reliable.

Accueil très sympatique. La maison est parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances avec tout ce qu'il faut. Maison propre, chambres climatisées, grande terrasse. Et puis la plage juste mais vraiment juste à côté. Pas besoin de la voiture. Il y a même une boulangerie au bout de la rue. Je recommande....

Belle villa de plain-pied, confortable, très bien équipée et très propre, idéalement située à 50m de la plage de l'Anse à l'âne et à proximité de commerces et restaurants.Les WC sont indépendants de la salle de bains, ce qui rajoute du confort supplémentaire. Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci !

Un super séjour à l'Anse à l'Âne

Nous avons passé des vacances trés agréables dans la Villa Domino : une jolie maison trés fonctionnelle, et à 2 pas de la plage de l'Anse à l'Âne et de la navette maritime pour Fort de France. Parking pour la voiture, barbecue, douche extérieure, ... tout y est pour assurer un séjour confortable. Et l'accueil est au top. Merci pour tout !

Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons profité en famille (2 enfants de 2 et 3 ans) d'un séjour de cinq mois dans cette maison. On peut dire que tout était parfait pour nous, du début à la fin. Le contact avec la propriétaire et son frère a été simple, facile et adorable (La tonte de la pelouse par le propriétaire était à chaque fois un moment fort pour nos garçons.) ) Dans la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre à la plage. La douche extérieure est super pour pouvoir laver tout le sable au retour. Pour la sieste, le hamac est idéal. Pour cuisiner, on dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée ou d'un barbecue. On peut manger à tout moment dehors dans le "salon". On peut faire ses courses au Carrefour tout proche et dans un magasin de légumes local. Pour le quotidien, c'est très bien. En Martinique, il y a des moustiques - c'est comme ça. Heureusement, il y a toujours des moustiquaires à disposition et des climatiseurs qui fonctionnent bien pour la chaleur. La plage est accessible en moins de 3 minutes à pied. Cela dépend de la quantité de pelles et de chaises que vous avez emportée. La plage est idéale pour les personnes qui aiment le calme. Pas de grandes vagues, pas de grandes fêtes. De temps en temps, il y a un petit stand de vente où l'on peut acheter des boissons locales. Tout est petit et on se connaît vite. Si l'endroit est trop petit, la station de ferry pour Fort de France est facilement accessible à pied (environ 5 minutes). J'en ai fini avec les commentaires, sinon j'ai déjà envie de partir ! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

L'hébergement est idéalement situé : à quelques mètres de la plage et de certains restaurants réputés (ou d'autres plus accessibles pour les familles). Il y a également un primeur, une bonne boulangerie avec des spécialités locales et une supérette. La navette maritime permet de se rendre à Fort-de-France ou ailleurs. Sinon l'établissement est bien équipé avec les indispensables moustiquaires dans les chambres ! La propriétaire est très accueillante et fort sympathique. Je recommande !

Logement agréable proche de la mer

Maison sécurisée proche de la mer ( plutôt 100m que 20m comme annoncé sur l'annonce). La douche extérieure est très appréciable au retour de la plage. Ler chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. Le salon est coquet. 2 places de parking possibles (une sur la propriété, une dans la rue) La terrasse qui donne sur une rue calme est bien protégée par une haie et sert de pièce à vivre. (on pourrait être au top s'il y avait des chaises longues). Certaines ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas et les propriétaires les ont changées durant notre séjour. Petit detail: Il manquait une moustiquaire dans la chambre des enfants. Merci à Josy et son frère pour leur accueil chaleureux

Habitation très agréable et spacieuse

Habitation agréable, spacieuse. La terrasse couverte est très grande, un vrai bonheur car pas de chance pour nous beaucoup d’averses durant notre séjour. Localisation parfaite à 2 pas de la plage, très appréciable pour notre fille de 3 ans. la douche extérieur un vrai atout quand on sort de la plage.

Séjour magnifique à l'Anse à l'Âne

Très bon contact au préalable et très bon accueil de Josy qui a su également être très réactive pendant notre séjour. Maison idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage, à quelques minutes de la boulangerie (super boulangerie!), pizzeria, supermarché de dépannage... Parfait pour stationner son véhicule. Quartier très tranquille. La maison est très bien conçue et agréable à vivre. Bons équipements. Le patio et son hamac: un vrai bonheur, manquerait peut-être quelques fauteuils pour que ce soit encore plus parfait. Seul petit bemol: pas d eau chaude dans la cuisine. Et une seule salle de bain (avec une seule vasque) et une seule toilette, un peu juste à 6 personnes. Mais malgré cela, a recommander très vivement, la localisation de l Anse à l Âne, la maison et le super accueil de Josy pour de superbes vacances en Martinique.
