House near beaches and town center

Fromentine - La Barre de Monts - 4 to 6 people

Availability in June and the week between late July and early August. Do not hesitate to contact me.

Detached house in the village 200m from the beaches.
Small south-west facing garden with trees and large wooden terrace.
Large living room composed of a living room, a lounge and an equipped kitchen. A bedroom on the ground floor (double bed). On the mezzanine: a large bedroom (double bed) and a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 1 person). Ground floor bathroom (shower and toilet). Parking space next to the house.
This atypical house has two steps to access the ground floor bedroom and the bathroom. Linens provided.
Right of way along the terrace and the garden for holidaymakers from the house at the bottom of the garden.

House equipment: fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, washing machine.

Lovely beach house

Lovely clean house close to the beach and the smaller town. Had a really relaxing week. Lots to do locally and things going on in the town. The owner was on time and very helpful. Would stay there again

Nice holidays

We had a lovely holiday in Fromentine. Central location and short walk to the beach - perfect. The holiday home was in good condition and fully equipped. There was a bar in the immediate vicinity.

Die Lage war sehr gut leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, viel Staub, die Better hatten keinen Rost lagen nur auf dem Boden und die Messer waren alle stumpf. Würde ich persönlich nicht noch einmal buchen. Das Häuschen wäre mit einer schönen zusammen passenden Einrichtung viel schöner, schade. Hatten keinen kontakt mit den Gastgebern.

Angenehmer entspannter Aufenthalt. Musik aus Bar nebenan auf der Terrasse gehört. Hat uns aber nicht gestört im Gegenteil. Strand und Restaurants auch für Kinder zu Fuss erreichbar. Parken war selbst mit großem Auto kein Problem. An Markttagen konnten man nicht rausfahren, aber das hat uns nicht gestört und wir haben es vorher gewusst.

Globalement bien

Je reprendrai mot pour mot le commentaire de 2022 de Guillaume ! Ajoutons qu'il n'y a pas de rideau à la porte d'entrée entièrement vitrée, l'insonorisation de la chambre du bas avec le bar mitoyen n'est pas suffisante, la place de parking dans le logement correspond au gabarit maxi d'une clio,! Et n'oubliez pas votre disque de stationnement car il est obligatoire partout dans le bourg. Maureen évoquait une rénovation il y a 1 an en réponse à Guillaume mais cela n'a pas été le cas. Dommage ! Cette location aurait un très beau potentiel avec une réelle rénovation et réorganisation des pièces. Toutefois, nous précisons que nous avons passé malgré tout une semaine très agréable à la Fromentine ! ;-)

emplacement exceptionnel mais maison vieillissante

Site formidable et jardin très agréable, mais quelle déception à l'intérieur. Tout est d'un autre âge: la machine à laver totalement rouillée, les lampes grésillent dans la chambre et la salle de bain. La location manque d'équipement; une seule poêle concave(impossible à utiliser), le ménage est plus que sommaire (tout objet restait collé sur la table du salon. Les propriétaires doivent absolument investir, rénover et nettoyer cette propriété qui pourrait grâce à sa situation être exceptionnelle

Très bon séjour, maison avec du charme, bien située, avec tout le nécessaire.

Je recommande cette location qui permet d'aller facilement à Noirmoutier et l'île d'yeu.

Le séjour à Fromentine dans une petite maison de charme

Petite maison de bord de mer très agréable à proximité des commerces et de l'océan (200 m) jardin et terrasse pour la bronzette et les grillades. Propriétaire très sympathique ..Correspond totalement à nos attentes.

Maison de caractère

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Maureen, pleine de caractère et chaleureuse. Elle est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. L'environnement immédiat est pratique et animé, car la maison est située sur la place du village de Fromentine, proche des commerces, de la gare maritime, plage à 5 min à pied. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le manège qui est sur la place et les bd dans la maison. Merci à Maureen pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.
