Missing some key items

Not a bad place, the view and location were great. But the unit did not have a garbage disposal, hot pads, or dish towels in the kitchen. Since it's a condo and we always cook in Rocky Point, it made it difficult without those three things being available in the condo.

The entire property was noisy. The room floor was filthy. There was sand in the bed.
