North Breakers offers a small selection of private two and three bedroom oceanfront condominiums. Each residence is generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and combined living and dining area.

North Breakers 307 offers a recently remodeled kitchen, new paint, and new flooring. North Breakers 307 is nicely furnished and boasts beautiful ocean views from the balcony and living room. In addition,  complimentary in-room high speed internet service that is wireless.

Small pets under 35 pounds accepted with a $150 non-refundable fee. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season.
