Our gîte is located 500 meters from the port of Marin.
A very beautiful two-room apartment with a separate air-conditioned bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, and a living area, all covering an area of 31 m2.
For your utmost comfort, the room is equipped with double-glazed noise-canceling windows, shutters for complete darkness, closets, and a Queen-size bed.

Our rental is located at the bottom of the villa, the 7m x 3.5m pool, the 100m² deck, and the garden are to be shared with us (the owners) when we are present.
The pool, extending from your terrace, is completely private and peaceful.
A private parking space for a car or scooter completes the set.
For security, insurance, and liability reasons, no outside guests are allowed.
Our neighborhood is very quiet and residential, no parties are possible on site.
Just a 10-minute walk from all the shops in Le Marin and a one-minute drive away.
The most beautiful beaches of Martinique are all nearby (4km from Pointe Borgnèse, 6km from Anse Figuier, 12km from Grande Plage des Salines)
In addition to household linen, we provide pool towels, as well as snorkeling equipment, a parasol, and beach chairs.
Des services supplémentaires sont proposés : serviettes de plage, massages, cours de yoga, plongée sous-marine, excursions en catamaran pour observer les dauphins, visites de distilleries, etc...
