This two bedroom apartment is ideally located on the “Croisette”, just 10 minutes walking from the convention centre. It is on the first floor with lift of an apartment block with caretaker.
The property has been totally modernised with flair.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, and a dining area where six of you can enjoy a good meal. It will be a perfect spot, with sea view, to have your breakfast. It opens onto a terrace with a stunning view on the Croisette and the “Mediterranée”.
The American kitchen is fully equipped.
It has two twin bedrooms and beds can be combined into a double bed if preferred. One of the bedroom overlooks the railway. Thanks to its efficient double glazing, you will probably not be disturbed except for those with a very sensitive hearing.
There is an en-suite bedroom with shower and toilet.
There is also a separate bathroom with bathtub.
For more comfort, there is independent toilet.
You will be seduced by its modernity , its location and its superb sea view .
