The new MGM residence (Les Balcons Etoilés) with high-end finishes is located at the top of the Champagny-en-Vanoise station, at the foot of the cable car connecting the station to the Paradiski ski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs). The town center and shops are reachable on foot in 5 minutes by the lift from the free car park.
The residence includes 47 apartments on 10 floors connected by 2 elevators. Our apartment is on the ninth floor and offers an unobstructed view of the Champagny valley, the Courchevel resort, the bottom of the slopes and the surrounding peaks such as the Pointe de Méribel.
The 37 square meter apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. It consists of 2 rooms: a main room (the kitchen-dining room and the living room), a spacious bedroom and a shower room-WC.
The pine kitchen is very well equipped: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Le Creuset fondue, raclette machine, percolator, Nespresso coffee machine, complete cookware and quality dishes, furnished with a rectangular table in solid oak, modern style, more than enough for 4 people.

The living room is illuminated by a large picture window and includes a very comfortable Rapido type sofa (ultra-simple mechanism) with a bed of 160 cm. A duvet holder is located behind the sofa which allows the sofa to be folded up quickly and daily. The flat screen TV (108 cm) is connected to WIFI and a Blu-ray player. You can listen to your music through a BOSE Bluetooth speaker.

The spacious and bright bedroom offers two 90 cm by 200 cm beds that can be juxtaposed to offer a 180 cm by 200 cm bed. Particular attention was paid to the quality of the bedding. The bed bridge is made up of a wardrobe on one side and several shelves on the other. For more storage space, there is a large chest of 5 drawers. On the wall there is a flat screen TV.

The Italian type shower is spacious (90 cm by 90 cm). The shower room is equipped with a washer-dryer, a vanity unit, a towel radiator and a hair dryer.

The ideally exposed 12 square meter balcony (southwest) is equipped with two wooden deckchairs and a table for 4 people.

The ski room with boot dryer is located on the ground floor of the residence.
