We enjoyed our stay, and received excellent service. I will be staying here again. Thanks so much for providing us with a quality experience we wont forget!
Owner was awesome to work with. Location was walking distance from downtown, which made it easier to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable. We may rent again if we go back.
Upon arrival we found out the property was double booked and the unit we reserved was unavailable. Very disappointing after a 7 hour drive! The owner offered another unit but it was old, not well maintained, smelled of mold and was not cleaned after the previous guest. It all worked out for the best, we found a much better place that was clean and a perfect fit. I was reimbursed without any issues but I would not recommend booking here.
Great location!! Super cottage with a wonderful outside space and comfortable bed!! Very private space - we really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Marcia’s properties for over 25 years!
This is such a great place to stay, so peaceful and an amazing view. Marcia is an excellent host and knows all the great places to see and eat. She was so friendly and so accommodating. When I return, I will definitely go with Marcia again.

Charming place in a great location.
We loved staying at the Al Fresco Townhouse. It was the perfect location to walk down to historic downtown, or up the hill to explore around The Crescent. There are many walking trails (pick up a map at the library across the street) and things to see. Al Fresco is an old home, but that’s one of the things we loved about it. Our home is over 100 years old, and filled with antiques, so that’s our style. If you are looking for modern/updated, this may not appeal to you, but we found it absolutely charming. It was ready early for us, which we also really appreciated! The bed was very comfy and it all the amenities we needed for cooking meals, or reheating leftovers. There are no basics for cooking (oils, spices, etc) so know you will have to make a trip to the store before cooking anything. We found the grocery store out by Fred’s in Holiday Island much more useful than Hart’s in town where we couldn’t find a lot of items we wanted. Al Fresco also has a unit below it. There was a group staying there at the same time as us. We could never hear them unless we were sitting out on the deck, so it wasn’t intrusive. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. It was a great place in a great location for a great price.
