Romantic, 1 bedroom cottage walking distance to downtown, pet friendly, private.

This romantic cottage is nestled in the trees under a limestone bluff and is located in the Historic District of Eureka Springs with off street parking. The cottage is furnished with charming antiques and is very quaint and a short scenic walk to local shops and restaurants. It has a full kitchen with a queen bed and pullout sofa, Basic Cox cable , DVD, gas fireplace, washer, dryer and Jacuzzi bath, with a handheld shower. It sleeps 4 with the sleeper sofa.
No wifi or internet! We are pet friendly (dogs only) with a one time pet fee of $35 per pet per stay. Parking is not suitable for trailers. Please know that there is one STEP up to access the bathroom and one STEP up to access the kitchen and bedroom. If you can not do any steps this cottage would not be suitable for you.

This is the cutest cottage in Eureka Springs!! It is within walking distance of downtown, perfect for our weekend stay. The wallpaper, decor, and even dishware were adorable and made for a cozy spot to come back to after exploring all day 3

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and so cute. There are books, magazines, cards and DVDs available around the cottage. Everything we needed was stocked. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters available. There is no shower, but there is a shower attachment in the beautiful jacuzzi tub. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and it’s a nice area for walking. The hosts take good care of the property. We were glad we stayed here.

I loved this little house! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and just down the street from the dog park. There is a Trolley stop a short distance away so it was easy to get around town. The house had everything I needed and the host was awesome!

We visited Eureka Springs for our wedding anniversary and had such a lovely time in Betsy’s home! It’s a perfect distance from downtown, not so close that we could hear all of music from Jazz Festival, but not so far that we had to fight for parking. There is a beautiful spring less than a minute down the road that we were able to enjoy. The bed room is cozy and cool, a great place to rest from the heat and humidity. My favorite part was taking a relaxing bath in the jet tub after a full day of walking! I highly recommend booking with Betsy while staying in Eureka Springs :)

The cottage was perfect for our weekend away. It is adorable and comfortable. We could have spent the entire weekend there since the kitchen is ready to be cooked in, but we explored the town. The cottage lies on the trolley route so it is easy to use that as well to get around. Host was wonderful about communication. We would book here again in the future!

This is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs.
