Romantic, 1 bedroom cottage walking distance to downtown, pet friendly, private.

This romantic cottage is nestled in the trees under a limestone bluff and is located in the Historic District of Eureka Springs with off street parking. The cottage is furnished with charming antiques and is very quaint and a short scenic walk to local shops and restaurants. It has a full kitchen with a queen bed and pullout sofa, Basic Cox cable , DVD, gas fireplace, washer, dryer and Jacuzzi bath, with a handheld shower. It sleeps 4 with the sleeper sofa.
No wifi or internet! We are pet friendly with a one time pet fee of $35 per pet per stay. Parking is not suitable for trailers.

The cottage was perfect for our weekend away. It is adorable and comfortable. We could have spent the entire weekend there since the kitchen is ready to be cooked in, but we explored the town. The cottage lies on the trolley route so it is easy to use that as well to get around. Host was wonderful about communication. We would book here again in the future!

This is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. The cottage was clean and cozy with furnishings that match the historic feel of Eureka Springs. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Adorable little cottage downtown

Beautiful little place downtown. Loved that it was downtown but away from all the loudness Main Street can bring sometimes. Come to eureka often for the lake adventures and will definitely choose to stay at this place again.

An absolute charmer....

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the cottage with our two small dogs. The location was perfect for exploring Eureka Springs, the house comfortable and well appointed.
