Nice, quaint place to stay. Tucked away just outside of downtown, but within walking distance. Get up early and enjoy coffee on the porch and experience all the wildlife. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Eureka Springs.
We really enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs! Location was perfect, pretty quiet and not too from town. The house was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the Keurig and coffee! We were not successful when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi (even using the host’s instructions), but it wasn’t too big of a deal since we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house besides sleeping at showering. There was a hole in the decorative pillow on the bed and a hole in the blanket on the couch. We were excited to have a private patio to hang out on in the evenings, but unfortunately didn’t use it because it looed like it hadn’t been swept in awhile. Just minor things but would definitely recommend this place to others!
My husband and I were very impressed with the home decor. You could tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The first thing you notice is the wonderful aroma. I would love to know what it is. Highly recommend.
This lovely, quiet cottage is just on the outskirts of town, convenient to restaurants and attractions in the area. While small, the layout, furniture choices, and placements made the place seem spacious. We loved the fruit, chocolates, and popcorn the host treated us to. The bedding was very comfortable, and we slept really well. Although it is right on a road, there was plenty of parking and not much traffic. The view of the base of the bluff at the back of the house was calming and meditative. We would have used the deck, table and chairs there more if it had not rained. The yard is nice to have if you want to hang out there or let your pup wander around (on leash). The road felt quite safe to take my pup on a longer walk. We would be happy to come back and stay again.
We drove up Thursday afternoon and found the property with no problem. It was even better in person than the pictures showed. It was fresh and clean with great decks front and back to sit on and enjoy some autumn air. It was within 5 miles of everything we had planned. Will definitely stay there again on a return trip if it’s available. I’m afraid when people find out how nice it is and how close it is to all Eureka Springs has to offer it will be hard to get a reservation. Thanks for letting us enjoy you country cottage.

Cute cottage, but owner was missing in action
I'll start off with the positives: this is a nearly new cottage, nicely decorated, conveniently located to all of Eureka Springs.
Now the downer...We arrived at 3pm on our check-in day to find the house untouched after the previous guest. Used bedding (mascara on the pillow covers), towels damp/wet, and trash not taken out. Messaged the owner and was preparing to throw everything in the included laundry, only to find the washing machine inoperable.
We found some spare pillow cases and a second comforter under the TV console. Thankfully, we had two towels in our vehicle and had brought the requested spare bedcover since we had pets.
We continued to message the owners multiple times through our stay to no avail.
This property was fantastic: very clean and had everything needed, pet friendly, location close to downtown but away from the traffic and tucked into the hills and trees. Would definitely rebook for a return trip.
Met up with family in Eureka Springs. One of our favorite vacation spots for over 30 years. The house was in the perfect location, close to town but ver quiet and private. House was beautiful, clean and well furnished.
This cabin was absolutely perfect! The location, the property and the owner were great! We will absolutely be back! And be sure to refer this property to others
small house only had 1 roll of toilet paper, bath towels were stained, did not look good, location was terrible. the road was not very good going to the house. over priced for what we got
We came to hike and kayak, needed a pet friendly place as we travel with our dog. This little cottage was very well maintained, adorably decorated and quiet. Although it is on a quiet little side road it was really peaceful and you feel secluded, yet are close to town. We would stay again!
Property is absolutely gorgeous! Quiet and serene. The trickling of the brooke is relaxing. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. Owner was excellent and super nice. When we arrived the power was out due to a tree that had fallen and he came right over to inform us. I lost my mother's ring while we were there. I have messaged him to see if he can send it to me. Praying I hear from him.
This property truly is a gem. It's literally SO CLOSE to everything in Downtown Eureka, but the best part about it is the property feels like you're all on your own in the Ozark. Truly one of the best locations I've ever stayed in Eureka after many visits. The owners were great too - I even had a "locked myself out" situation that he rescued me from! Great personality, friendly. Very nice & clean home too.
Space was just right and comfy. Thanks so much for allowing our beloved pet to stay it was important. One thing was the mini split unit vibrating on the wall was unpleasant. Professionals attach the outside unit to a concrete structure not the same wall. Peace It was good.
