Overall a charming stay. Very secluded, a great place for a couple’s weekend. DVD selection was decent, but also plan to have movies downloaded on a device. The queen bed was small.

We truly enjoy these unique stays, from an old bank to a route 66 gas station we can now add a caboose to completed list. Brittany was a wonderful host. Her communications were timely and helpful and she's just as nice when we met her in person. The property was as described and met our needs. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and the overall privacy of the location. It's near enough town but peaceful and quiet.We can highly recommend this interesting property.

This little caboose was PERFECT for our anniversary getaway!!! Quiet location but yet minutes away from everything!! Super clean! Bed was comfortable!! Hot tub was nice to soak in after walking around in Eureka Springs! Communication with the host was amazing! We will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere unique and fun!

Great stay! We loved the unique vibes of staying in a caboose. Brittany was a very helpful host who communicated quickly. Even when we locked ourselves out of the room and had a flat tire. She was quick to give us recommendations on who to use and very personable. The area was secluded and surrounded by trees. We loved the privacy and serene setting. Plenty close enough to Eureka Springs for easy access to everything without being in the middle of the tourist bustle. And just a short drive to outdoor activities as well. And the hot tub was just what we needed after long walks and hikes!

Loved this unique stay! Definitely recommend staying here for your getaway. The caboose and property was clean and decorated nicely. The hot tub was great too. Host was helpful and reaponsive. Would stay here again for sure.

Great experience and stay. The caboose was fun and well taken care of. We like unique accomidations like this for our weekend getaways. Due to weather, our checkin plans changed quickly, and Brittany was very accommodating. The privacy was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and the woods that surrounded us. So close to downtown and Holiday Island. I highly recommend the caboose for a couples getaway.

Very unique place to stay, very private. Close to town. The hot tub was awesome. The only suggestion I would have is. There should be a step where you can get in and out easier. For a shorter person, it's hard to get In-N-Out of the hot tub. if you wanted to sleep in, there's no blinds on the windows. overall, those are my only complaints, which I wouldn't consider those complaints just a suggestion great romantic place to stay.

Every detail was considered in this caboose. The drive in is beautiful. The caboose itself is so beautifully done with charming character, without lacking and practical conveniences of traditional spaces. The hot tub and hammock made it easy to stay in when I didn’t feel up to adventure out. It was truly an immersive nature experience

This was a little gem! It’s very clean and visually appealing. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub, patio set and backside were wonderful additions. We had a minor issue and the property owner was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! This little caboose is the cutest! The hot tub was so warm and relaxing listening to the sounds of nature! The caboose was decorated so cute inside! Such a neat theme! The bed and blankets were super comfy as well! 10/10!

This was one of the best finds yet! My girlfriend's expression when we pulled up was the best (she didn't know). The caboose was very comfortable, even in the freezing temperatures, and the location was ideal just outside the Eureka Springs downtown area. The host was amazing and very facilitating and even continually checked on us because of the weather. This was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back (when it is warmer)!

Such a unique experience. It was private, yet close to downtown Eureka. The host was amazing at checking in with us and making sure we had all we needed throughout our stay. Being veryically challenged (short), i did wish there was a small step stool to get into the hot tub. Other than that, everything was perfect. There was a great selection of movies to choose from. This was a great get romantic getaway!! Highly recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Fabulous Caboose Cabin! Even though it was overcast the entire time, the peaceful wooded setting made for a relaxing and cozy getaway for two. The hot tub was a perfect touch!The cabin is full of charm and character. It does have a refrigerator, which was convenient for drinks and snacks. The space is a bit over-decorated, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall, we had a fun and memorable stay. A unique experience in Eureka Springs!
