Furnished in a contemporary style and fully equipped to new, this modern villa has an ideal location above the turquoise gulf just 700m from the famous beach of Cala d'Orzu, to enjoy long sunny days relaxing.
Located about 45 minutes from Ajaccio and Propriano, the calm and the beauty of the landscapes will captivate you, you will benefit from a panoramic sight on the sea and the surrounding mountains or the famous walk of the Tower of Capo di Muro while leaving walk from the house.
You will also be charmed by the very large indoor and outdoor spaces, its beautiful swimming pool of 12m x 4m (1m20 to 1m60 deep) on sea view background, its private garden of 2400 m2 and its large opening pocket of 4.50 m from the kitchen overlooking the terrace.
Its 4 spacious master suites with bathroom, dressing room, all air-conditioned will offer you all the comfort for a pleasant stay.
You will also have the possibility thanks to 2 single beds of supplements or 1 cot on the spot, to add beds for children!

Spacious living room with main deck access, Smart TV and 1 Google Chromecast.
Bedroom 1 of 40m² with access to main terrace: Double bed of 1. 60m x 2m with connected TV and Google Chromecast, dressing room and bathroom with toilet and shower.
Bedroom 2 of 40m² with terrace access: Double bed of 1. 60m x 2m, dressing room and bathroom with toilet and shower.
Ground floor :

Bedroom 3 of 50m² with terrace access from the bottom: Large bedroom with double bed of 1. 60m x 2m, dressing room and bathroom with toilet and bath.

Perfect holiday house

Beautiful house, with everything you could possibly need to make a great holiday. Fantastic views, the most beautiful beach within walking distance, gorgeous pool, great music system in the house and of course the table football which kept everyone busy in the hottest part of the day. Perfect house for two families on holiday together. Merci Anthony

Maison idéale, bien agencée et très bien située

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison d’Anthony. Nous étions 3 couples d’amis avec enfants. La maison est spacieuse et idéale pour des vacances entre amis. Les chambres sont identiques et grandes, la pièce de vie est agréable donnant sur une magnifique terrasse. La piscine a une très bonne taille et l’espace pool housse est confortable. La localisation est top par rapport à la mer et l’accès à toutes les activités que l’on a pu faire. Le plus, Anthony a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes et avec de bons conseils qui nous ont permis de trouver de bons prestataires pour les animations. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Merci à vous Anthony de la part de toute l’équipe des amis !

Schönes Haus zum Erholen!

Jeder Zeit wieder! Es war alles wie beschrieben! Das anfangs vorliegende Problem mit dem WLAN im Haus (defekt nach einem Sturm) konnten wir letztendlich zufriedenstellend lösen. Anthony als Vermieter war trotz Abwesenheit jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und koordinierte die Reparatur! Das Haus ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern und für jedes Schlafzimmer steht ein eigenes Bad zur Verfügung, was unseren Mädels sehr gut gefallen hat! Lediglich der Abstieg zum Pool wäre noch etwas verbesserungswürdig! Es ist zwar mit den Steinstufen sehr hübsch angelegt, aber durch die Natursteine sind die Trittflächen uneben und die Teilstücke zwischen den Stufen abschüssig, sandig und rutschig! Allerdings gibt es auch einen barrierefreien Zugang zum Pool auf der anderen Hausseite. Dieser ist allerdings ziemlich zu gewachsen und durch den Schnitt des Hauses nicht die erste Wahl als Weg zum Pool - nur wenn man die Garage auf der anderen Hausseite als Ausgang benutzt! Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und kann jeden Morgen auch vom Bett aus in den oberen Schlafzimmer genossen werden! Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Trotz Hauptsaison auf der Insel hätten wir in Coti-Chiavari Idylle pur! Den Strand ereicht man nach einem 15 minütigen Fußweg -teilweise recht steil über zwei befahrbare unbefestigte Wege! Beide Strandbars (Chez Eric und Chez Francis) sind zu empfehlen und schön angelegt!

C’est mon 3ième séjour dans cette magnifique villa, toujours aussi accueillante et chaleureuse :-) Très propre, très bien équipée, très belle piscine, vue panoramique sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Un endroit tranquille, sécurisé avec une supérette à 10 min à peine en voiture, une très belle grande crique à 10 min où on peut déjeuner entre amis ou en famille « chez Francis ». À refaire en 2018! Je recommande vivement! FY

La situation est idéale dans cette grande villa très bien entretenue. Les suites et les pièces communes sont spacieuses et très propres. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans la piscine idéalement placée face à la mer et nous nous sommes fait de magnifiques souvenirs dans les lieux alentours.
