This beautifully decorated 4BR/2BA beach house located at 37 Concord Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, is primed for vacationers craving the island way of life. The open living area boasts a bright, beachy décor with a nice contrast of wainscoting. The living room expands to reveal a cleverly designed alcove perfect for some quiet reflecting or curling up with a good book from the book collection. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cabinets stocked with all your cooking needs, and a large pantry to hold all kinds of snacks for the beach. Take in the beauty of the canal from the large windows in the living area or step out onto the large deck or the screened porch. Two sets of spacious bedrooms featuring two king sized beds, one queen, and two full sized beds are on either side of the living area. Each set shares a full bathroom. TV's with cable and wireless internet are in every room. There is also a bonus room on the ground level with a full sized fridge for the kids to hang out or to accommodate extra guests. Bring your boat or fish off the dock! We also have kayaks to rent, along with life vests. With only a short walk to the beach and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, this seaside dream can be your next coastal getaway!

Our second family vacation in the deep blue house

Our second year staying at this house with our family and it was another great trip! This house and the wonderful hostesses make you feel like it is home away from home! The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, love the fenced in yard for our younger grandchildren and in a perfect location to really enjoy our boat. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

We loved it! Very nice, clean and felt safe with my little one being so close to the water. Latches and locks on all the doors and gates! Always responded when we had questions! Great experience, would love to stay again when we are in the area!

Absolutely loved this place!

We came down to do some flounder gigging in the area so having the boat dock with the house was perfect! Great kitchen area and large living room. Would absolutely love to come back and stay! We did a lot of cast netting off the back dock. Quick boat ride to the Tiki Bar restaurant or the Fishing Company.

Great Labor Day Getaway!

We had a great time relaxing and fishing. We loved being able to dock our boat and having easy access to the waterway. Perfect location and very clean!! No issues at all! Thank you for sharing your beach house. We will be sure to book with you again in the future.

Left me wanting more of OIB!!!!

My family and I had another great stay at OIB! This was our first time renting this home, and I would rent it again without hesitation! The home was exactly as advertised, and Todd and Dee, the home owners, were excellent hosts. They were very responsive in our communication, and we could not have been more appreciative of their commitment to have their home ready for our arrival within 24 hours after a mandatory evacuation order of OIB was lifted. I know that wasn't easy, and it meant a lot that they truly wanted us to be able to have our full vacation, even when it wasn't convenient for them. Their home is clean and lovely, my Dad was happy they got the ACC channel, and the dock has a great set-up for the serious fisherman or water sport enthusiast. We rented bikes and a paddleboard from Surf Unlimited for the week, and I highly recommend them as well. The guy who runs it is super friendly, and picks up/delivers to the property.

The house was perfect location from the park, restaurants and beach. It fit 4 families with little kids very comfortably. It was family friendly, all on one floor and the yard had a gate to block the kids from the road and the water canal. All of the beds were very comfortable (not creaky like a lot of rental houses) and the house was clean. It had all the things needed for cooking.

Labor Day Fun

Amazing long weekend stay! Property was perfect for our group!!! The dock was such a plus as we could bring along our boat and enjoy having it right there! Everything was clean, decorated adorably and the outside area was so nice to have! We will for sure be back to this perfect propety!

Family vacation time

The cleanest house we’ve stayed in, beds were comfortable, the water stayed hot enough for 10 people to bathe, ample room for us all and so convenient to be able to dock our boat. Such a lovely home that we all felt comfortable in even with a 2 and 3 year old, the host was so responsive and if they will have us we will stay there again next year!

I'm your Huckleberry

This place was great! The location was only a short walk to the beach access. The house itself was very clean and homey. Having 2 kids (11 & 1), they had a blast with plenty of room to play. We ran into one issue (not at the fault of the owner), but Dee was quick to respond and assist with getting it resolved. I very much look forward to staying at this property again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful vacation

Property was exaclty as described. The owners did everything they could for us to check in as soon as the house was ready. Short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach with amazing views of the inlet. Looking forward to our next vacation at OIB!

Great home!

My husband and I stayed here during the October oyster festival. Perfect location to walk to the festival without being too close for traffic, etc. Beautiful home, very welcoming and bright. Loved the screened in porch to have coffee and look at the water. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group. We rented a boat for the week and went to several beaches on the inter coastal and Calabash for lunch. The kitchen was super well equipped which was great since my husband and I love to cook. Would definitely consider coming back.

This was an amazing location! Loved the house, locations and neighbors. We had a great time. The owners were very responsive prior to our visit, so we were able to bring our jetskis and we had no issues once on site. Love everything about our trip!
