This beautifully decorated 4BR/2BA beach house located at 37 Concord Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, is primed for vacationers craving the island way of life. The open living area boasts a bright, beachy décor with a nice contrast of wainscoting. The living room expands to reveal a cleverly designed alcove perfect for some quiet reflecting or curling up with a good book from the book collection. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cabinets stocked with all your cooking needs, and a large pantry to hold all kinds of snacks for the beach. Take in the beauty of the canal from the large windows in the living area or step out onto the large deck or the screened porch. Two sets of spacious bedrooms featuring two king sized beds, one queen, and two full sized beds are on either side of the living area. Each set shares a full bathroom. TV's with cable and wireless internet are in every room. There is also a bonus room on the ground level with a full sized fridge for the kids to hang out or to accommodate extra guests. Bring your boat or fish off the dock! We also have kayaks to rent, along with life vests. With only a short walk to the beach and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, this seaside dream can be your next coastal getaway!

Our second family vacation in the deep blue house

Our second year staying at this house with our family and it was another great trip! This house and the wonderful hostesses make you feel like it is home away from home! The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, love the fenced in yard for our younger grandchildren and in a perfect location to really enjoy our boat. We’d definitely stay here again!

Labor Day Fun

Amazing long weekend stay! Property was perfect for our group!!! The dock was such a plus as we could bring along our boat and enjoy having it right there! Everything was clean, decorated adorably and the outside area was so nice to have! We will for sure be back to this perfect propety!

Great Place!

We loved it! Very nice, clean and felt safe with my little one being so close to the water. Latches and locks on all the doors and gates! Always responded when we had questions! Great experience, would love to stay again when we are in the area!

Family vacation time

The cleanest house we’ve stayed in, beds were comfortable, the water stayed hot enough for 10 people to bathe, ample room for us all and so convenient to be able to dock our boat. Such a lovely home that we all felt comfortable in even with a 2 and 3 year old, the host was so responsive and if they will have us we will stay there again next year!

I'm your Huckleberry

This place was great! The location was only a short walk to the beach access. The house itself was very clean and homey. Having 2 kids (11 & 1), they had a blast with plenty of room to play. We ran into one issue (not at the fault of the owner), but Dee was quick to respond and assist with getting it resolved. I very much look forward to staying at this property again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful vacation

Property was exaclty as described. The owners did everything they could for us to check in as soon as the house was ready. Short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach with amazing views of the inlet. Looking forward to our next vacation at OIB!

Great home!

My husband and I stayed here during the October oyster festival. Perfect location to walk to the festival without being too close for traffic, etc. Beautiful home, very welcoming and bright. Loved the screened in porch to have coffee and look at the water. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group. We rented a boat for the week and went to several beaches on the inter coastal and Calabash for lunch. The kitchen was super well equipped which was great since my husband and I love to cook. Would definitely consider coming back.

Amazing time and great location

This was an amazing location! Loved the house, locations and neighbors. We had a great time. The owners were very responsive prior to our visit, so we were able to bring our jetskis and we had no issues once on site. Love everything about our trip!

It was a very quiet street and location. The house was perfect for our visit. It was the most stocked with cleaning and kitchen necessities that we had ever stayed at. The host always messaged back immediately. We had one issue pop up that was solved within the hour.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The home was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. We were able to bring our boat since there’s a personal dock. I love there were linens and towels provided, (less we had to pack) and the bonus room downstairs is the perfect hangout for teens, (had we brought them, but maybe next time.) There’s plenty of sitting areas inside and out, the covered porch was perfect for morning coffee and the upstairs balcony was the best seat to watch the sunset. Thank you Hall family for sharing your home, we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location & Home

We love OIB and our stay this visit did not disappoint. Your home was the perfect size for us and super convenient to the Concord Beach access. We rented a golf cart but honestly could have just walked being so close. My husband enjoyed early morning fishing off your dock and we celebrated my daughter's 16th Bday during our stay. All amenities were provided leaving us just to shop for groceries for the week. Huge shout out to the cozy sheets on the beds too :-) Thank you for sharing your home!

We live in Oak Ridge, NC. Todd is a cyber security sales manager and Dee is the finance officer for the Town of Summerfield. They have five children, one perfect granddaughter and one perfect grandson.
