Bright and spacious apartment, recently renovated loft style, in the heart of Lorient easily accommodating 4 people. Suitable for tourists or business travelers.
In a friendly neighborhood a few steps from the marina, restaurants and shops. Free parking on the street.
It is quiet, on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator).
All the equipment is recent (Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, MO, ...).
Bed 2 places in the room and the corner sofa is convertible.
To locate it a little, there is everything nearby: the Palais des congrès, the shopping center Espace Nayel, the tourist office,
the Port de Plaisance, the Moustoir stadium, the Lorient Theater, the Cinéville (an 11-room complex), the landing stage for the Île de Groix, the SNCF train station and the Bretagne Sud Hospital,
And the beaches are 10 min by car!
