Calm and tranquility in southern Ardèche

Located in a hamlet of 7 houses, in the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve, our house can accommodate up to seven people.

Composed of three bedrooms (1 bed 180 x 200; 3 x 1 bed 90 x 200 and 2 x 1 bed 90 x 200), three bathrooms (shower, sink, WC), a kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge ...), a living / dining room with its wood stove and a mezzanine serving as a reading room, the house, furnished and decorated in a contemporary way, is ideal for any type of stay.

Two gardens surround the house: the first will allow you to rest in the shade of its umbrella pine, its mulberry trees and its fig trees; the second, with its swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 m), UV treated (and therefore chlorine-free), will refresh you on hot summer days.

The house, with its south-facing terrace, has Internet access (Wi-Fi).

The entire building was completely renovated in 2017/2018.

This house is our vacation home and we want you to enjoy it. However, we don't make it a business. Also, it is only rented for four weeks per year (once this quota is reached, rentals are interrupted until the following year).
