T2 of 37 m² very recent, air-conditioned in secure, quiet and harmless residence in the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio close to shops: supermarket, restaurants, newsagent, butcher, bakery and 600m from the beach. This comfortable and bright apartment has 2 furnished and shaded terraces, one of 30m², the other of 10m².

In the main room: 140x190 BZ sofa, TV with integrated DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer combi, 4-burner hob, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee maker + sensoro, toaster , electric plancha.

In the bedroom: 140x190 bed, chest of drawers, 3-door wardrobe, folding baby bed + baby mattress.

In the bathroom / WC: walk-in shower, hairdryer.

There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a clotheshorse on legs.

Megs Loft really is special,It is very peaceful with a stunning view, in a beautiful part of the country.The owners have put a lot of love and care into the accommodation. A previous reviewer mentioned the 1000 thread count sheets. This is a valuable point because it illustrates just how much attention to detail has been given. My late partner and I stayed in many self catering properties and so often they had poor bed linen.There is complete privacy but the owners live in the large separate house on the property and they could not be more inviting and helpful.The short walk down the lane to the lovely community run local pub is itself a treat with the amazing sound of bird song. Make sure you have at least one meal in the pub. It is also worth supporting the village shop, another community run enterprise, staffed by pleasant and inviting people.

Charmant appartement entre la plage et le centre ville

Appartenant coquet que nous avons loué (couple) pendant la première semaine des vacances de Toussaint. Les deux terrasses permettent d'apprécier la tranquillité de la résidence et la douceur des soirées d'automnes. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied en moins de 5 minutes, tout comme la plage de Capitello. L'ensemble est fonctionnel, très lumineux et bien équipé dans l'ensemble.

Appartement calme, bien situé et sympathique mais obéré par de trop nombreux soucis domestiques. - lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, chasse d'eau, un meuble non sécurisé - manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (autocuiseur ou similaire, mixer) - literie inconfortable et bruyante - pas de code d'accès fourni pour visiteurs - parking aléatoire

Ravis que vous ayez trouvé la situation géographique de notre appartement sympathique. Signaler des points négatifs sont indispensables pour le confort de nos locataires. Pour le problème de la chasse-d'eau énuméré dans votre commentaire, que vous avez signalé à la conciergerie a été réglé le jour même par le plombier. La porte du lave-vaisselle n'a pas été signalée cassée lors des précédentes locations et avons remédié au problème tout comme la literie malgré qu'elle soit récente. Pour le reste, notre appartement est tel que décrit sur le site.

appartement bien situe endroit tranquille bien pour 2 personnes

nous avons passé un bon séjour a Porticcio , l'appartement est bien mais demande a ce qu'un ménage approfondi soit fait , poussière sur les meubles ,taches dans certains meubles. concernant les équipements la porte du lave vaisselle a un sérieux problème ,le lave linge demande a ce que l'on claque la fermeture et que l'on appuit sur celle ci pour qu'il démarre , il me semble que dans l'annonce il y avait barbecue et plancha nous n'avons pas trouvé le barbecue , il serait bien de mettre un petit poste de radio et de revoir la vaisselle de table . Ce qui nous a été le plus désagréable c'est le dernier jour d'être réveillé a 8 heure du matin par la fille des propriétaires qui venait prendre l'appartement alors que notre location se terminait en fin de matinée et que rendez vous avait été pris avec la conciergerie pour 11 heure 45 la conciergerie n'était même pas au courant qu'il y avait du monde derrière nous , je pense que les propriétaires devraient faire attention au planning étant aussi loueur depuis 2006 nous avons jamais eu ce problème car pour nous les locataires qu'ils soient inconnus ou de la famille doivent respecter les mêmes horaires d'entrées et sorties de plus nous avions pris le ménage avec la conciergerie . nos vacances se sont quand même bien passées malgré ce désagrément cordialement Mr et Mme hamel

Toutes les remarques énumérées dans le premier paragraphe ont été réglées sauf le poste de radio et le barbecue qui ne sont pas cités dans l'annonce. Pour le deuxième paragraphe, il nous semble que nous nous sommes excusés pour ce désagrément qui bien entendu ne se reproduira plus et vous renouvelons nos excuses Notre fille a été tout de même très bien accueillie par Madame.... Contents que vos vacances se soient quand même bien passées!
