We welcome 2 to 8 people all year round in this pleasant house in the heart of Guilvinec, renovated in 2017. A few steps from the port this house is ideal for spending holidays in Brittany.

Le Guilvinec is located near Audierne Bay, Pointe du Raz, and the seaside resorts of South Finistère (Bénodet, Fouesnant, Glénan Archipelago) as well as the magnificent Eckmühl lighthouse.

La location est située au bord de l'axe de circulation principal du Guilvinec. En conséquence c'est très bruyant la journée et un peu moins bruyant la nuit mais perturbe le sommeil. Sur l'annonce Abritel la location est positionnée loin de cet axe ce qui nous a trompé. Je trouve anormal que la position exacte de la location ne soit pas indiquée sur l' annonce. Nos vacances ont été gâchées à cause du bruit permanent (location durant la deuxième semaine de août 2025).

Noël sympa dans une maison chaleureuse

Maison spacieuse, chaleureuse et bien équipée. Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. La proximité de la route n'est pas gênante du moins la nuit.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur la commune du Guilvinec dans cette location toute équipée. 2 salles de bain, 4 chambres, une maison fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. La proximité du port permet des balades à pied et sinon les spots de surf ne sont pas loin. Nous reviendrons

Eine wunderschöne ruhige Woche

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz, der etwas verwilderte Garten hat Charme. Besonders viel Freude hatten wir an einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit modernen Geräten. Sogar eine Crêpepfanne war da! Guilvinec ist sehr entspannend. Man kann den Fischern zu sehen, nach wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man einen wunderbaren Sandstrand (in der Nähe des Zeltplatzes) und es war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (Quimper, Halbinsel von Crozon, Pointe du Raz). Die Zimmer boten genug Platz, bei 5 Personen reichte auch das eine Bad. Eine moderne Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. 2 kleine Minuspunkte: es riecht unten etwas feucht, wir hatten aber eh alles offen, und auf der Straße herrscht am Tag immer etwas Verkehr (aber nachts ist Ruhe). MERCI BIEN!!!

Excellente prestation

Tout était très correct ; maison et jardin très agréables, cuisine super équipée. 2 bémols : beaucoup de circulation et une seule salle de bain peut s'avérait un peu juste pour 8 (nous étions 6 donc avec un peu d'organisation tout s'est bien passé). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci

Well equipped and spacious

The house is spacious, we are 6 and weren't tripping over each other. There is a lot of equipment and a really good kitchen and plenty of dining area with seating for everyone. No off-road parking. The owners are very helpful and pleasant.

Très bonnes vacances au Guilvinec

Maison conforme à la description et comprenant tout le nécessaire. Merci pour les petites choses qui facilitent la vie quand on arrive (lessive, produit vaisselle, sacs poubelle, papier hygiénique etc.). Les 5 vélos adultes + 1 vélo enfant furent également très appréciés car la région est relativement plates et il y a de nombreux villages à visiter de cette manière. Le centre vile est à 5 minutes en vélo; la boulangerie à 5 minutes ... à pied...
