This semi-detached chalet, renovated in 2017 and fully equipped, offers modern and very comfortable services on its three levels. On the ground floor is a beautiful living room of 25 m2 with a living / dining room and a new fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle , toaster, raclette maker, fondue maker, soup mixer etc.). Friendliness is the watchword of this chalet: large square wooden table, large sofa, armchairs, cladding, etc.

Follow on two floors 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At each landing, two bedrooms and a bathroom:
- "l'Eyssina" room with small balcony and view of Eyssina: double bed 140,
- Room "Dormitory of Yeti" with bunk beds: 4 single beds 90 with view on the station and the corridor of yeti,
- "Les Claux" room with balcony and large open view of the resort: double bed 160,
- "Les sapins" bedroom: double bed 160 (possibility of separating into two single beds).

The layout of the premises is ideal for two families with children. Everyone has their own level!

DEPOSIT: 1,500 euros by check (not cashed in the bank) and to be delivered on site when the keys are handed over (check not cashed). The check is returned a few days after the end of the stay. For countries which no longer issue checks, the deposit is made by transfer a few days before the stay, reimbursed a few days after the end of the stay.

Payment conditions: 50% at the time of booking, 50% 30 days before the start of the stay.

Tracks and shops: 50 to 200 meters, less than 5 minutes on foot.

Ski school (at the show point): accessible by ski or 2 min by car or free shuttle (see map). On foot, count 15 min with the children.

In the immediate vicinity: ski slopes, hiking departures, toboggan runs, snow motorbike departures, large free area without car for sleds and snowmen, trampoline and summer toboggan run, etc.

Vars Les Claux is part of the White Forest ski area, 1650 m to 2750 m above sea level, union of the Vars and Risoul areas, i.e. 185 km of slopes, 115 tracks and 42 ski lifts.
