A couple blocks from the ski mountain makes this a wonderful spot to stay at.

The new stainless steel appliances, slab granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, new flooring with an open kitchen and dining room area. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom located in the hall. The 2nd main floor bedroom has a Queen bed along with another full bathroom. The loft upstairs is accessible by a spiral staircase and features 1 King bed as well as a bunk set with a Full bed and twin on top. Another full bathroom upstairs makes this upper loft a great spot!

The dining room table seats 6 and 4 more at the eat-in granite kitchen. The living room has a leather sofa long with 2 leather reclining chairs. There is a flat screen tv and gas burning fireplace in the living room. A large sliding glass door leads you to your private deck looking at the Ski Mountain. Ski lockers, seasonal outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor hot tubs, seasonal sand volleyball court, and a complex rec room are all included in the complex.

The property is located about 8-10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) bus that picks up steps away from the complex.

This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator.

Condition of property, needs maintenance, bedding uncomfortable, no toaster, no towels for hot tub, more pillows and extra blanket should be included. The property is neglected. The owner should be required to take care of maintenance, sinks don’t drain, dishwasher broken, kitchen sink faucet needs repair, carpets are filthy.

Needs some maintenance

The place was in a great location to ski resort. The bathrooms and kitchen areas have been updated. The carpet needs cleaning. The fireplace doesn’t work. Outlets need to be updated so they all work. Fridge had broken shelves in the doors. Need a mop for people when they stay.Other than needing some upkeep it was a good stay very convenient to hot tub and slopes and town.

Spacious Condo for Summer Visit to Steamboat Springs

We were hesitant to book this place because there were no reviews prior to our booking. It turned out to be a lovely and spacious condo for our summer visit to Steamboat Springs. We had stayed in this condo development previously so we knew about the grounds. I was worried about the small balcony facing the parking lot, but it ended up being cooler during the warmer-than-usual afternoons during our stay. The condo had everything we needed to fix a few meals while we were there. The only suggestion I would make would be to provide a few more bath towels and hand towels. Otherwise--recommended.

Great location and easy check in process. Few things could be improved:- fireplace: no instructions provided that explained how to turn it on. Asked the host about it multiple times and the instructions they gave didn’t work- lighting in the loft: very very dim. Fine during the day but impossible to walk around in the evening without a flashlight- potable water: no water filter in the fridge or portable. We bought our own filtered water from the store eventually, but would have been nice to know from the beginning. Took a while for the host to let us know that the water from the sink was potable (though they said they didn’t drink it themselves)

Great Location

Condo was spacious. Great location to shuttle (purple line). Very close to dual hot tubs and heated pool. Bring extra towels if you don’t want to use your shower towel after the hot tub. If you plan to prepare meals for a group, the kitchen amenities are sparse (no type of mixing/casserole bowls. Only one cookie sheet). Most of the dinnerware/ utensils had to be washed before use. The fireplace did not work nor did the upstairs loft television. The working televisions are dated (unable to stream to them). The duvet covers were filthy. Especially the one on the king bed in the upstairs loft. Received check-in instructions via email but no check-out instructions. Phone number to contact a manager for any issues was not provided. Attempted to communicate via email to inquire about an early check-in with no response.

Easy to rent & communicate with company. Location is great and the kids loved the pool! Only thing I’d recommend is changing the lighting in the bedroom, it was very dim.

Great location close to the slopes and easy access via the town shuttle. After a long day of skiing it was nice to relax in front of the fireplace or escape to one of the bedrooms.

Great Place to Stay in Steamboat
