Disney's attractions while staying at an affordable resort and pet friendly!

Please allow 24 hours from time you make your reservation until time you check in to allow ample time to make sure our place is cleaned and will exceed your expectations.

House is within 20-45 minutes of all the attractions, but you might not want to leave this resort.

LEGOLAND 19.2 miles from house.
Outlet stores are 20 miles away.
Two Full size pools [open from 8am to 10pm, they just added lights!], heated spa, Lighted Basketball and Tennis courts, Work out room and pool table. The resort is right on a lake [Lake Marion], there is Fishing and Beach Volleyball. The family will have a blast.
Not only is this a great place for the kids, Mom and Dad need a break for themselves just as well. Maybe it's that perfect weekend getaway?
There is a private driveway that fits one car. If you bring an additional car please park it over to the left of the basketball courts and trash compactor, and it’s only a short walk over to the house.
There is a leaf for the table if you need a larger table. It’s in the front bedroom closet. There is a iron and ironing board in the laundry closet.

Our vacation home will sleep 8 comfortably. There’s a king, queen, 2 twins and a queen size sofa bed. Living room furniture was just replaced May 2023.

The HOST is amazing!!! GREAT communication. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spaced nicely. Kitchen has some pots and pans well stocked with dishes. Laundry is conveniently off kitchen.The couch was super comfy. The screened in porch was great & looking over a small pond. There is a small grill on it and a table with chairs. We didn't use the pool but the area looked nice. the neighborhood is nice and has sidewalks all around if you enjoy walking.

First of all there is a high bug population in the state of Florida. We have the place exterminated on a regular basis and have never had this claim. Even though I did not require you to send me a picture, I gave you a refund for a fulls day stay even though you stayed. My cleaning company tried to locate an Oder and couldn’t find one. Maybe you didn’t like the smell of the dinner being cooked next door? Lastly, you didn’t follow the simple instructions about the parking passes. Then you went back on your word about overnighting them today so the next guest would have them. We will not be renting to you again. Take care and God bless

Alligators!!The only great thing about this property was the wildlife and quietness. There are 2 alligators in the lake out back so don’t let toddlers or small dogs out back. We loved to watch the alligators, big birds, and even saw wild boars in the distance. If you don’t plan on driving anywhere, you’re all set. If you do plan on driving to Disney, stores, etc plan on spending a lot of time driving. The area has quite a large number of housing developments and the single lane roads can’t handle it. It takes over an hour to get Disney and 45 minutes to get to shopping areas unless you’re just going to the Dollar General or Aldi.The place itself has roaches/bugs. We saw large roaches everyday. We ended up putting all our food in the fridge. The place needs a refresher. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. A guest book would have been helpful While there was a WiFi password it didn’t work on any of the networks that were listed on our WiFi settings on our phones. The owner didn’t know which network to use. Unfortunately, AT&T doesn’t work very well there.If you’re planning to go to Disney, there are better options available.

Thank you for the response. We do have the home exterminated on a regular basis. Yes we did have a guest bring roaches with them. Once this was brought to my attention we had it exterminated again. I guarantee you the only roaches or bugs you saw were dead ones. You are the first person to say the beds weren’t comfortable. I will look into this. Thank you for the heads up.

Simple and nice

This was a perfect stay for us for the price point. It was a bit bare bones with things like coffee and little amenities I’m generally used to seeing in a stay like this, but everything was clean, in order, and the owner was quick to respond. I’m not sure it’s noted but parking was good for up to two vehicles, high is a good thing to know. Overall, a great stay and exactly what we needed for our short stay.
