The house was perfect and the host was so responsive and helpful! The neighborhood is very nice and just a short walk to the lake. We were there for my son’s Navy boot camp graduation and the drive to and from base was very simple. Would definitely book this home again.

My sisters and I loved having a place where we each had a bed to sleep in, multiple areas to gather and visit, as well as spaces to enjoy alone time. The short walk to the lake was lovely.

Great for big families coming together for Naval Bootcamp Graduation. We were able to sleep 8 comfortably. It’s a very interesting layout but had plenty of room to socialize. The neighbors are very friendly, we’ve never gotten such great encouragement on a neighborhood run. Felt very safe there. The hosts were super easy to work with and everything was very clean.

A lovely, spacious home with a well stocked kitchen, outdoor areas to relax, and plenty of space for a family to spread out in. The host was communicative and very pleasant to work with. If in the area again in the future would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean.The house could have used more lamps and lighting.There seemed to be a lack of amenities. There were no washcloths. There was no bath soap in the upstairs shower. The light in the upstairs bath did not work properly ( was not a light bulb issue).

Dear John, Thank you for the feedback! If you had let us know during your stay, we would have been very happy to assist you! Just for future reference, the washcloths and extra towels are located in the linen closet just outside the bathroom. The vanity light also requires the knob to be turned in order to switch it on. We came for my grandson's Navy graduation & it was so conveniently located. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Also close to downtown Chicago for some sightseeing.

We needed a good centralized location for Thanksgiving with our relatives. This house was the perfect location, was very spacious, very clean, and comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again, thank you for your hospitality!

This stay was more than we imagined it would be. The house was spotless, spacious, and the owner thought of every possible need a person would have! The house was very inviting in fact, my son had to be dragged out the door because he didn't want to leave. The age range that stayed was from 9 to 85 and there wasn't a complaint from anyone. The house was beautiful, in fact, it inspired me to change the esthetics of my home. We would surely stay again if we were in the area.

Lovely Home!

This is such a great place and was a wonderful home away from home while we were at our dance nationals for the week! Communication was wonderful if we needed anything. If we ever come back to the area again we will 100% stay at the same house!

We had a great stay. The house had lots of space to accommodate our two families with 4 kids and grandparents. Note: there is one full bath upstairs with 3 bedrooms, and then a half bath on a lower level, with a separate shower in the basement. The communication with our host was excellent and the location was fun right by the lake and playground.

My son graduated from Naval Bootcamp and had liberty with us until Sunday. This was the perfect place for our stay- clean, safe, peaceful, and with excellent communication throughout. All my sailor wanted was to relax and reset, and he was able to do just that here. We’re very thankful for this location and will definitely book again in the future

Navy Graduation trip

We stayed 3 nights for our 18 year olds Navy Graduation as it was close to base.The house was great for us and our teens. It had a retro kind of vibe. We enjoyed the ping pong table and board games for family time. Check in was simple and the hosts responded veey quickly with questions.

Everything was seamless and the communication was exceptional. My son was graduating from the Navy so I was already stressed out. Our communication with the property owner was amazing. The house fit all ages needs and was clean.
