In Saint-Georges d'Oléron, this beautiful recent villa facing south terrace with a fenced 400m2 without vis-à-vis, will welcome you in a quiet and warm.
With family or friends, you will discover all the charm of our island and the scenery provided by Oléron will allow you to live unforgettable moments.
Location: at the exit l'Ileau, near the large supervised beach of Les Sables Vignier (1200m)

Gem Holiday House

The best holiday home we have stayed in; very spacious; modern; beautifully presented; exceptionally clean; quiet location; very well equipped. Exceeded our expectations and feels like home from home! Bakery, convenience store, bar and restaurant a short walk away. Owner, Catherine and Property Manager, Jennifer were very pleasant and helpful. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend and would stay here again.

Maison très bien équipée, moderne, et joliment décorée. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence et l’absence de vis à vis. Accès facile à la plage et aux commerces des Sables Vigniers et de Domino grâce à la piste cyclable. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très agréable et au calme

Belle location, au calme, tout confort, à proximité de la plage à pied et d'un marché à 10 mn en vélo.Bel espace autour de la maison pour garer son véhicule, poser ses vélos et se détendre.15 jours de soleil, super sympa.

Superbe semaine sur Oleron

Maison lumineuse au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison moderne, décorée dans un style bord de mer Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la terrasse bien orientée, dans un environnement très agréable et très calme La maison est fidèle au descriptif, très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons sillonné l’île à vélo et la maison est bien placée pour découvrir l’île, de plus l’accès à la piste cyclable est à côté. L’île d’Oléron dégage un charme fou aux détours de ses chemins et n’a rien à envier à sa sœur l’île de Ré. Nous reviendrons…

2 semaines passées dans cette maison confortable, conforme au descriptif. Bien placée, à proximitédes pistes cyclables et des plages à la moitié de l'île, pratique pour accéder à tous les secteurs que ce soit en vélo ou en voiture.

5 Sterne - Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben tolle Ferien zu viert in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet (inkl. Gästemappe mit vielen tollen Tipps der Vermieter) - hier ist an ALLES gedacht. Die Fotos aus der Anzeige können die Liebe zum Detail der Einrichtung nur zum Teil wiedergeben. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus picobello sauber!!! Im unverbaute Garten mit der schönen Terrasse haben wir herrliche Stunden verbracht. Der "Hausstrand" lädt zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen ein. Der Badestrand "Sable de Vignier" ist fußläufig oder noch besser mit dem Rad erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Schon die unkomplizierte Anbahnung des Urlaubs hat die Vorfreude gesteigert. Wir wurden vor Ort dann sehr freundlich und fröhlich empfangen. Und die Verabschiedung hat zwei klasse Wochen auf der Ile d'Oleron abgerundet. Vielen Dank! Wir sind noch immer total begeistert!!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlen beispielsweise kleinen Kuchengabeln, Eierbecher oder auch Kellen. Man bekommt von den Eigentümern einen Willkommens Paket, worin Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Handtücher enthalten sind, was wunderbar ist, so dass man abends nicht noch mal extra in den Supermarkt fahren muss. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, jedoch ist die Lage weit ab von einem schönen Strand. Der Strand in der Nähe ist voller Algen und Steinen und auch der 1,5 km entfernte Strand ist für Kinder nicht geeignet. Wir sind immer nach Vert Bois gefahren. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich 5 Sterne. Abzug gab es wegen der Kommunikation. Wir wollten das Haus eigentlich stornieren, da Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind, wir uns jedoch einen neuen Hund angeschafft haben. Die Eigentümer gaben uns aber ihr okay, so dass wir von der Stornierung abgesehen haben. Als wir nun vor Ort waren, haben sie allen Ernstes erwartet, dass der Hund in der Garage die ganze Zeit verbleibt. Wir haben auch zig E-Mails bekommen, dass er auf keinen Fall die Möbel beschädigen darf etc. und es wär auch kein Hund, sondern ein Welpe (wo ist da der Unterschied???). Da hätten wir schon lieber was anderes gebucht Eine Endreinigung gab es nicht, wir haben sie selbst übernommen, danach wurde moniert, dass der Deckel des Mülleimers nicht mehr schließt und wir ihn ersetzen sollen. Das spricht Bände…..

Belle maison et accueil parfait

Belle maison, très agréable, accueil excellent (bien apprécié le colis de bienvenue), propreté irréprochable, coin calme, idéal famille. Le seul point à indiquer (selon notre opinion) est que la plage à proximité n´est pas trés agréable (beaucoup d´algues et des rochers). Pour profiter de la baignade il est donc préferable de prendre la voiture.

Sehr toll

Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem Haus zu sein. Es war alles da, was man benötigt und noch mehr. Es gab sogar kleine Geschenke zum Empfang. Sehr ruhig, gute Betten und ausreichend Platz. Wir hatten Temperaturen über 30 Grad und hätten uns die eine oder andere Nacht eine Klimaanlage gewünscht, aber ich denke so heiß wird es nicht allzu oft. Wir hatten einen entspannten und tollen Urlaub.

Un petit paradis

Propriétaires à l'écoute et tout est prévu pour un séjour apaisant. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. La literie et les équipements sont plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes. Aucun bruit et piste cyclable au bout du chemin. Plage et commerces à pied. N'hésitez pas, rapport qualité prix excellent pour la région. Vous serez bien accueillis et en sécurité dans cette maison. Notre petite chienne a adoré aussi. Nous espérons revenir bientôt. Merci aux propriétaires. Votre gentillesse est un plus très appréciable.

Vacances superbes !!!

C est une maison de vacances qui correspondant à 100 % à l annonce. Dans un coin de calme remarquable. La plage " au pied de là porte" Que du BONHEUR. MAISON AU TOP. Rien ne manque. Je recommande cette location au plus grand nombre de personnes qui voudrais découvrir cette belle île.!!
