Charming chalet with 3 ponds: ideal for a get-together with family or friends

Let yourself be seduced by this large chalet of 200m2 on a park of more than 4 hectares composed of two independent but communicating apartments.
Quiet, the cottage and its three ponds is located outside the village of Louvergny and 5 minutes from Lake Bairon in the heart of the NATURA 2000 area.
In the central part, you will find a beautiful room of 80m2 including a large reception room and a lounge where you can find yourself in a friendly atmosphere around the fire overlooking a large secure terrace.
Upstairs: a mezzanine, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms (double beds).
On each side of the chalet, there are two independent apartments but communicating through the reception room. Each accommodation includes its equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with WC.
This 4 hectare domain is open to fishermen, lovers of beautiful catches, who are looking for a natural setting.
The calm of the place and the beauty of the landscape guarantee you an unforgettable fishing holiday.
A fishing boat is available.
Situated between the Ardennes Argonne and the Ardennes crests, the village of Louvergny offers superb landscapes.
Nearby you will find other fishing spots such as Bairon Lake, Aisne and the Ardennes canal: "A paradise for the fisherman".
"NO KILL" translate, the fish is returned to the living water.

In winter, you will also find a water game hunting site.

Le cadre et la maison étaient magnifiques, exactement comme sur les photos, voire mieux. Les petites attentions de l’hôte, auxquelles nous ne nous attendions pas, nous ont vraiment fait plaisir et ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. La communication avec l’hôte a été excellente du début à la fin : réactive, claire et très sympathique. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation !

Nous avons passer un tres bon week-end dans ce chalet plus que magnifique. Intérieure du chalet , il ne manque rien du tout ( vaisselle, électroménager etc.... ) Extérieur, jardin ou il y a de la place pour des jeux d été, nous avons pues faire de la barque dans l étang. Je recommande vraiment et je le réserverai encore .

Excellent séjour en pleine nature

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce grand chalet. Nous avons été conquis par le calme du lieu et la vue sur les étangs. La cuisine est bien équipée et le grand séjour permet de se retrouver aisément avec un grand groupe ! Petit plus pour la barque, les étangs, les canards et les oies qui ont grandement plus aux enfants ! Contacts aisés avec la propriétaire.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Ich war zu meinem 50.Geburtstag mit meinen Freunden und Familie und unseren 4 Hunden dort. Für jeden der Abgeschiedenheit und Natur möchte ist es einfach perfekt. Das Grundstück ist einfach traumhaft schön und das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Klar gäbe es ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen zu erledigen aber das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Nathalie ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir wären am liebsten dort geblieben. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Urlaub!

Een prachtige ruime locatie met veel natuur

We hebben genoten, waren met 10 personen. Het huis is heerlijk ruim, je hebt je eigen privacy. Maar de locatie wint het van alles, wat een uitzicht, zo heerlijk om op het terras te zitten en om je heen te kijken of er wat rond te wandelen, super!

Encore mieux que sur les photos !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte spacieux. Le cadre est magnifique, les promenades dans les Environs sont nombreuses. Tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur; observations des animaux, pêche, jeux dans le jardins, apéritif sur la grande terrasse.. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.

ENDROIT ET LOGEMENT SUBLIMES

Nous avons passé 4 nuits pour Noël en famille et la maison est absolument superbe, site très calme. Nous étions 13 et avions largement de la place. La maison est très très bien agencée, il ne manque vraiment rien. Elle est accueillante, cosy, c'est "comme à la maison", très bonne literie. La pépite : à l'arrivée nous avons découvert un joli sapin, bien garni + plusieurs autres décorations de Noël. De nombreuses possibilités de promenades, randos, ainsi que de jolis petits villages à découvrir. Nathalie, l'hôte, est très sympathique, réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce domaine.

Eine schöne Anlage, etwas abseits, aber sehr schön gelegen. Sehr gut Eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Danke Die Sanitäranalgen, Duschen müssten mal erneuert werden bzw. eine Grundreinigung erfahren. Das Haus ist für 8 Erwachsene gedacht ,4 Schlafzimmer im Eg. Die 3 Schlafzimmer auf der ersten Etage sind eher für Kinder geeignet. Sehr eng und klein.

Eine tolle Woche mit der Familie!

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Haus ist toll, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der TV bietet auch deutsches Fernsehen. Die Kühlschränke sind zahlreich und sehr groß. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und umzäunt. Wir hatten, in August, wider Erwarten keine Mücken! Für die Angler: wir hatten die Seeen tiefer erwartet, haben aber trotzdem in einer Woche ein Meterhecht und 27 nennenswerte Karpfen gefangen. Viele verschiedene Sorten: Amur, Spiegel, Leder und Schuppenkarpfen. Auch einige Schleien überlistet. Hat am relativ leichten Material Riesenspaß gemacht. Etliche Runs nicht rausbekommen. Als Ausflugziel in der Nähe kann ich Reims und Charleville-Mezieres wärmstens empfehlen. Wir würden dieses Haus jeden empfehlen!

Fijn huis

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit huis. Vooral het privé landgoed is geweldig. Er vliegen ijsvogels, en de familie beverrat zwemt er ook rond. Ik kan het echt aanbevelen. Het enige minpunt is dat de bovenslaapkamers echt te klein zijn voor 2 volwassenen.

Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet. Nathalie war immer erreichbar. Dass es mit dem einsetzen der Fische nicht geklappt hat ist schade, hat aber den tollen Aufenthalt nicht beeinflusst, dadurch konnten wir häufiger im Lac de Bairon baden gehen. Ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen schaden sicher nicht (Mülleimer der Bar, Tür zum linken Wohnbereich). Klasse war auch die Lage und Größe der Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Les cuisines sont bien équipées. Nathalie était toujours disponible. Dommage que cela n'ait pas fonctionné avec l'empoissonemment, mais cela n'a pas gêné le super séjour, nous avons donc pu nous baigner plus souvent dans le lac de Bairon. Quelques réparations cosmétiques ne feraient certainement pas de mal (poubelle dans le bar, porte du salon à gauche). L'emplacement et la taille de l'hébergement étaient également excellents. Nous avons passé un bon moment!

Tolles Haus für 10 Erwachsene plus Kids

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen 5 Tage in dem Haus. Die Schlafzimmer unten sind sehr klein aber es reicht. Die beiden Küchen sind klasse und hervorragend ausgestattet. Hier und da könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Die Schlafzimmer oben sind noch enger und für Erwachsene nur ALLEINE ausreichend. Oder man ist verdammt frisch verliebt. Oben können keine Fenster geöffnet werden!!!!!! Deshalb würde ich empfehlen die Zimmer Oben nur als Einzelzimmer zu nutzen. Die Umgebung ist klasse. Inmitten der Natur. Mit Fischen, Enten, Graureiher, Schwäne, Frösche und Abends Fledermäuse. Im Sommer vermutlich viele Mücken! Im Mai war alles perfekt.
