Kotas-Nordic Spirit

We are very happy to welcome you to present our unusual guest rooms in kota arranged in the spirit Saami, Lapland, Finnish and Viking. Built at the water's edge, the kotas have a private south-facing pontoon and an ideal environment in the unspoilt Butz valley. A kotagrill is at your disposal to take your meals and a wellness area (sauna and spa) completes our offer for a nature and relaxation stay. Located in Balaives and Butz in the Ardennes, rich in its landscape and heritage, 10 minutes from Charleville-Mezieres, 15 minutes from Sedan, 35 minutes from Belgium, 50 minutes from Reims, 1h30 minutes from Brussels and Luxembourg and 2h15 minutes from Lille, Metz, Troyes and Paris.

Déçus de ne pas avoir pu manger autour du kota grill ( hors service ) et surtout de ne pas avoir pu se relaxer dans le sauna et spa annoncés Les tarifs auraient dû être ajustés compte tenu des changement sur les commodites.
