Marine sant'ambroggio air-conditioned mini villa with direct sea access
Mini villa completely renovated (tiling, painting, bedding, ..) for 4 people with direct access to the sea and rocks by private staircase.
Sea and mountain views.
Entrance to fitted kitchen, living room (140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 new 90 cm beds), bathroom, separate WC.
2 terraces with barbecue garden furniture and deckchairs.
Gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, satellite, free wifi, box to reserve.
Free on-site support by service provider during the entire stay. All information is in the guide after reservations.
No linens. Connection for linen rental possible (Mail and such for contact)
For families with very young children, special attention to the stairs is recommended. The staircase allows direct access to the rocks and the sea, there is no protective barrier.

Très très très bon séjour
Emplacement en or, accueil très sympathique, appartement bien disposé, terrasse tranquille avec couchers de soleil sur l’eau comme au cinéma. Etc. Nous reviendrons bien évidemment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans cette mini-villa propre, correctement équipée, au plus près de la mer (plage à quelques dizaines de mètres). Le bonheur de profiter de la terrasse, bercé par le bruit des vagues, quand il y en a...

Splendida settimana
Bella location, panorama fantastico ....tutto bello.Unica pecca , lo stato del giardino che dovrebbe essere curato perché limita molto l’accesso al terrazzo e la fantastica veduta a disposizione.
Consiglierei anche di mettere una piccola doccia all’esterno come le altre villette.

Le jardin aurait pu être taillé à votre demande. Il est taillé en fonction des plantes. L'idée de la douche extérieure est en réflexion en effet.
