BATHROOM 1: The Primary bath features marble counters, dual vanities, a glass & tile walk in shower. Stack Laundry Center is located near the master bath as well.

BEDROOM 2: Guest bedroom #2 has a full bed for up to 2 occupants, and 2 Twin bunk beds ideal for kids.
BATHROOM 2: The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower, single vanity

The lovely and bright kitchen is fully equipped with an all stainless appliance package, beautiful granite counters and tile floors. All cookware, utensils, plates and glassware to create a feast.

Open living-dining space and a screened balcony with table and chairs for enjoying an afternoon happy hour or simply taking in a beautiful sunset.

Coffee maker (mini/single Keurig) and toaster are available.

The complex has 2 gas grills for its guests to BBQ their own feasts.

Need something to do, r rent a couple of bikes locally and explore all that the island offers.
The island trolley is inexpensive, so hop on and enjoy yourself. During season there is also a free tram that runs from the north end of the island to the library and back.

Rent one of the many island charter boats, SUP, or kayaks. Take an airy Parasail ride or sign up for a guided dolphin tour by boat or waverunner.

The Perfect Spot

This is the perfect spot to be in Ft. Meyers Beach. Right on the beach, 2nd floor (so you didn't have to take the elevator every time), nice easy walk up the beach to the point for spectacular sunsets. Great location to fresh seafood markets, restaurants, the pier. This place has it all. Clean and well maintained, plus great hosts! Thanks Helen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this condo. We wanted to be on the beach as our son, daughter-in-law and 3 year old grandson joined us on this trip. The size of this condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The master bedroom was very spacious and the 2nd bedroom with the bunk bed was perfect for their family. It was very convenient having the washer and dryer in the unit. We appreciated that the condo had all the items we needed in the kitchen in addition to beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels. The unit was very clean along with the maintenance of the entire complex. Not only was Helen very responsive to our questions but she notified us in a timely fashion that we left a swimsuit in the condo upon our departure and was able to return and get it before leaving Ft. Myers Beach. The view and sunsets were unforgettable from the lanai.

Beautiful place, awesome location!

Me and my husband and two of our adult children stayed here in January 2021. We had a great time! We arrived late in the evening at 9:30 pm and our check-in to the gated parking area was very easy. Helen gave us clear instructions on what to do and we had no problem at all. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. It fit our family perfectly. The location was also excellent. It is in walking distance to a shopping/restaurant area called Times Square. We walked down there several times during our stay. The area is very safe. We never felt unsafe even walking in the evening. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We even saw dolphins from the balcony once. We felt very safe in regard to Covid protocals as well. Most everyone wore masks in the gift shops and at restaurants when walking to/from your table. Otherwise no masks were needed on the beach or outdoors. All restaurants and shops were open and shop owners were very happy and welcoming to vacationers like us. Helen was great to deal with. Her instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow. She checked in with us the day after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She also was very helpful and responsive when we asked about a couple items we accidentally left there after our stay. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful rental in the Gateway Villas complex. Very clean. It looked like we were the first rentals after a re-model. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Property!

This was our 3rd time visiting Fort Myers Beach, first time on the north end of the island. The condo was beautiful. It had everything stocked in the condo that we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and evening drinks. The property is right on the Tran line, but it was a short walk into Times Square that we always walked. The property manager, Helen, was wonderful to work with! She answered all of our questions and even checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. We arrived pretty early that first morning and she was kind enough to let us into the condo early! We’ve decided that we prefer the north end of the island and will definitely rent this condo next time we return to Fort Myers Beach!

This was such a nice property and perfect for our family. Everyone you ran into in the halls , by the pool, or on the beach were so friendly and helpful. Helen was absolutely amazing with any questions we had. It was nice having beach towels and chairs where we didn’t have to go buy any. The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds were so fun for the kids with the lights and the little cubbies. Anything you needed as far as utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender, plates, cups, silverware, etc were there. This is definitely a well thought through property. We would highly recommend this to anyone that is even considering staying here.

We would definitely stay here again! The room was super easy access to the beach, and the property was less than a half mile from all the attractions of Fort Myers Beach! The property managers were extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout the booking process including right up until making sure we accessed the room without a hitch! The room was clean and stocked with all the elements needed to provide a perfect week at the beach! I’d recommend this place to family, friend, and stranger alike… but only if we’re not trying to book that same week ;)

Ocean condo near everything

Condo is exactly as advertised on Vrbo listing. Clean comfortable condo with ocean view that access a beautiful quiet section of the beach. Time Square and all the restaurants are an easy walk or bicycle ride. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.

Great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and pier, also easy in and out driving. Really good pool and beach. The unit was spacious and well cared for, but could use a couple of ottomans for couch and chair. Good lanai furniture and we enjoyed the evenings watching the sunsets the breeze. Property managers were very easy to work with and helpful and quickly responded to inquiries.

Our condo was very convenient to restaurants and shopping and we also took advantage of the tram to get places. Our condo was out of the hustle and bustle which we liked.
