Our stay went very well, we were not disappointed either in the setting and the walks, or the house. Each evening we could admire the hinds who came to eat apples right next to it, by the open sky of the vintage room we could see them without the glass even at night with a flashlight that did not frighten them..it was great. Thank you again for allowing us to spend a very pleasant stay in this magnificent setting.
Charges included (EDF and Water heating) during school holidays and weekends (tourist tax in addition). In low season extra charges.

A beautiful, relaxing week in the Pyrenees in springtime

Six of us spent a lovely week in this cosy chalet. The local walks were amazing, and the little village churches were delightful. We were only a few minutes from Bagnères-de-Luchon with its lovely market, and not much further to Peyragudes for family sledging (we were too late to go ski-ing). The stock of wood supplied for the fire was staggering! All-in-all a very relaxing week.

A great place to stay

We had a great stay here in June 2018. Three of us used the place as a base for our cycling trips. It had recently been refurbished and you could tell it must have cost quite a bit - new appliances and generally very well equipped. It lacked some basics though - tea towels, bowls and jugs to use in the microwave etc, oven gloves and some more cleaning products. The bathroom had a washing machine and tumble drier which was great, but the shower head needed to be hand held, but that wasn't a big problem. Outside there's a great space to sit and we also had access to the workshop which was really useful to keep the bikes in overnight, and also store the bike flight cases etc. We really enjoyed our time here - it suited us perfectly and we'd definitely recommend it and we'd be happy to come back.

Lovely, tranquil, perfect road cycling base.

We loved this property, we chose this a cycling base and it was perfect. The rides nearby were peyresourde, col de portilon, tourmalet, port de bales, aspin, pla dadet, col de portet, col de azet, superbagneres. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed, the garden was lovely and we spent many lazy afternoons watching the birds. Its very private and has a lovely path down to the river nearby. It might be near the road but you can't see the cars. The kitchen was well presented and clearly very new. It was well equipped and plenty of storage space for our food, plus a good size fridge freezer. The shower room upstairs was lovely and there was always hot water. Plenty of bedrooms with lots of storage space, we only used one which was lovely. It did get very hot so some fans would have been useful. The living room/dining room was lovely and comfortable and very well decorated. The washing machine was very handy, we did not need the dryer. There was a large garage to store bikes etc. Bagnères-de-Luchon was a lovely little town, lovely to walk around and very pretty. If we return to the area we would stay here again.

Belle maison confortable au tarif trop élevé vs les prestations

La maison est très confortable malgré un manque d’isolation sonore lié au plancher à l’étage. La cheminée est très sympa. Grande télé et wifi fonctionnel. Malgré tout, le prix reste très élevé au regard des prestations. Il n’y a pas par exemple de lampe de chevet, la vaisselle surtout les assiettes est en nombre limité avec un look camping, pas d’économe. Les deux appareils à raclettes tâchés et très abimés. Il n’y a pas non plus de produits ménagers. Le placard de la salle de bain est cassé. Concernant la propreté, les matelas sont tâchés, la cheminée avec des cendres à l’arrivée. Le four, les vitres, les dessus de chaise et les coussins très sales également. Il suffit donc juste de mettre à niveau les prestations vs le prix ou diminuer le tarif.

Très agréable chalet, équipement excellent

Pas de mauvaise surprise, le descriptif est parfait. Accueil et déco sympa, on ne peut que confirmer les autres appréciations ! un seul petit regret, la situation encaissée qui ne donne aucune vue (du moins en été). La proximité de Luchon est bien agréable.

Très bien situé, le chalet est décoré avec goût, la literie est parfaite, et les équipements nombreux. Nous n’avons pas utilisé les lave et sèche linge, mais ils doivent être bien appréciables pour des séjours plus longs. Tout l’électroménager est neuf et de qualité, le wifi, puissant a été très apprécié. Enfin, la cheminée magnifique a réuni tout le monde ( le bois offert est une attention très agréable) Nous avons suivi les conseils du propriétaire et déjeuné au restaurant Les caprices d’Etigny. Nous avons été fort bien reçus (apéritifs offerts) et avons très bien mangé. Un séjour parfait, trop court ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour parfait, trop court pour profiter pleinement du chalet. Décoration de bon goût, literie impeccable et confortable, une belle cuisine super équipée, et une magnifique cheminée devant laquelle nos apéritifs se sont éternisés... le bois offert fut une attention très appréciée. L’emplacement est parfait entre Luchon et peyragudes . La jeune femme qui nous a accueillis est charmante et très disponible Nous reviendrons !!
