Ore experience was very bad. Fishing trip so after 12 hours on a boat. A shower would be nice. Both showers were a 4 jets trickle with no hot water. Roaches everywhere. Vents heaters rusty and very unclean. Cupboards and everything in the kitchen was fifty. Mouse turds in the top cabinet and roaches on bed. And not just one. Ican see roaches in tropical climates but every night when sleeping. Not just one bedroom but all three. Manager was a unapologetic
This house is exactly what is shown in the pictures. There's plenty of space and seating. The bathrooms are small and one shower is low pressure, but it served its purpose. It does need updating, but again, it served its purpose for our 3 day trip. It's location is central to pretty much everything, which gives it major bonus points. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy so I really appreciated the extra locks on the gate and doors. I do recommend hand rails on the back kitchen door, we had a few scares with my elderly parents. Also, the iron was appreciated but would recommend adding an iron board too.. All in all it was a good stay.
This property worked well for our family.
We did have to clean a bit when we first got there. It just looked as though it had not had people in it in a while. There were a few thing in a little disrepair when we arrived, bathroom doorknob, and a few other minor things, but nothing that inhibited us from staying there. Other than that it was great. It was just a short drive to the beach and even walkable. The house was not overly decorated which for us was good as my kids can be rambunctious at times. So not a bunch of stuff I had to worry about them breaking. Plenty of sleeping space for a large family.
Wasn’t far from the beach at all.
Was right off a main road with traffic but the back yard had a gated courtyard area so it was ok for the young kids to play in and not be able to get to the road. The water pressure sucked in one of the showers but the other shower pressure was good. There was Plenty of room in the house for everyone to be comfortable. Would deff stay here again!! Enjoyed the trip all in all!
The house was much bigger than expected and had a large courtyard to relax in with 2 charcoal BBQ grills, a small table, and an umbrella. There is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with a full bed, and a bedroom with a king size bed. There are 2 living rooms beside each other. 1 has a futon that could make into a bed, a loveseat, and a gaming chair. The other has 2 couches, a loveseat, and a recliner. One of the couches has a sofa bed. The bedrooms have big closets with hangers so you can put away your clothing and luggage. Huge kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal and a nice size refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower in 1 and a bathtub with shower in the other. It is less than a mile to the beach and also the harbor, literally in the middle of the island. The road isn't heavy with car or foot traffic so it is quiet. I could also be in the middle of everything in just a few blocks. There is a realtor box with the keys for check in and out. The house was decorated, but didn't have stuff for my 2 year old destructo to be getting into. We felt very comfortable and at home there. Frosty glasses in the freezer as well as wine, drink, and shot glasses were there. Another large umbrella, walking umbrella, and bicycle helmets in the kitchen. The host has thought of pretty much everything (extreme cudos to them for such attention to detail). Private parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Host gave his cell number and was also available in app for any concerns, which there were none. Extra pillows in the closet, pop up chairs in the kitchen. Older house, but very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everyone absolutely loved the house!!! I just keep thinking of great things available for use at the house and great things to say about the house and host. Complaints: NONE!!!
This was such a unique property. We stayed three nights. The location was perfect. It was close to the seawall but did not have all of the loud party sounds at night. That was my favorite part. The house was not clean like I would expect it. There was a red substance on the door that looked like blood but I’m hoping it wasn’t. We had to clean that our self because it was not done. New coats of paint and a handyman out there a day or two would really turn around this property. It wasn’t horrible but it was not fancy by any means. If you want a cheaper house with great location, this is your place. Do you not have high expectations and you will be fine. The owner did communicate quickly with us and I have no complaints with him.
