Welcome to Just Beachy! It is truly the perfect place to get away with your friends and family. It is only a few houses away from putting your toes in the sand or enjoying an evening of crabbing with the kiddos. The multiple decks offer a great way to wind down at the end of a full day of fun in the sun.

Enjoy the two separate living spaces. One for sleeping and quiet time, and the other for socializing and enjoying time with your guests. The house has multiple decks. One for dining after grilling up a nice meal. One for relaxing and lounging with a cool beverage, and another small area for taking in a good read or for a little quiet space. The large living space is furnished with a cozy sectional for relaxing and gathering. It is adorned with fun beachy decor throughout. The updated kitchen is the perfect place for gathering together while prepping the evening meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The counters have flecks of turquoise which bring the ocean inside. The wall of windows offers wonderful lighting that brings the beachy feel right to you indoors. There is also a wine fridge to keep your favorite bottles chilled as you wind down for the evening. Head out onto the deck for a meal, or can dine at the indoor dining table and counter bar stools.

When heading downstairs you will find the sleeping quarters of the property. It feels separate from the upstairs offering a quiet space to retreat when tired. Perfect for the kiddos to go when the grown-ups still want to play. The large master bedroom is a retreat in itself. It offers a king-size bed, private bath and access to the lounging area of the deck. The second bedroom has a comfortable, lovely queen bed. It also offers access to the deck where there are two seats for taking in a good read. The third bedroom offers a large bunk room. There are six twin built-in bunks. Plenty of space for the whole gang.

The owners have provided many extras for you while at this amazing home. Inside the sliding garage are several beach necessities, outdoor games, boogie boards, and a charcoal grill. Enjoy a cool beverage while grilling the evening meal and playing a game of ring and hook or relaxing on the porch swing. We hope you will make this wonderful beach home your family's favorite annual beach house.

The house is located on the West End of Galveston Island in the sought-after Pirates Beach subdivision. At the front of the neighborhood, there is Mario's pizza restaurant, Alex's seafood market, a liquor store, and the general store named Hummel's. Only 10 minute drive to the wonderful Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. There are several wonderful dining options in Galveston as well as historic locations to visit. The historic Strand district and the Pleasure Pier are two must-visit locations.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood, and if a party is suspected then our team will be alerted. This may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and removal from the property.

Cancellation policy: No cancellations for weather. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival full refund minus a $75 processing fee Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
