Located within walking distance of the beach. No highway to cross. Nicely decorated interior, clean and comfortable. Rooms, living space and wrap around deck make this home spacious enough for a large family. Partially obstructed, but breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Forgot something? Mini grocery store is located nearby. One of the best homes we've stayed in and we regret not staying longer.

I checked in on a Saturday night and went to take a shower and there was no hot water. The next morning, Sunday, I notified the property management company of the issue. They responded later on in the day asking if there was still no hot water. I responded with yes there was still no hot water and they said they would “relay it to there team.” I checked with the “team” everyday and they NEVER sent anyone out to check on the hot water issue. Finally on Wednesday, the day I checked out I received a message that they were sending someone out to check on the hot water issue. I stayed there 4 nights and had no hot water. I won’t be staying at this property or any property that Happy Stays manages.

Great property close to beach with all the amenities any family could need! The house was super clean, had extra blankets, fans, kid-friendly amenities (crib, high chair, etc) and was exactly as advertised and within a block from our favorite private beach - Pirates Beach. We stayed with our three tweens/teens and two grandparents and we had plenty of room and enjoyed quality family time together. What a perfect way to kick off summer break!
