This unique offering combines two 2-bedroom condos connected by an adjoining door, perfect for larger families, bachelor or bachelorette parties. Dads spring break

This is our sixth biennial spring break with three dads and eight kids. We loved the central location, close to the marina and all of the restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great Location Near Marina

The place was roomy and comfortable. It is a bit dated, but we didn't expect a new place. Paint was peeling I some places, but with humidity it is hard to prevent. It is on the quiet side of the marina, but you could still hear bands playing till early morning. Good value.

Great location, Great condo, Great communication

me and 8 friends all stayed here and loved it. The Cabo Cantina, which shows all the NFL games and UFC fights, is right downstairs. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to Tacos Guss. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest super market and Walmart. The condo wifi and air conditioning worked well. Anytime I had a question Katie responded quickly. I would stay here again.

Bachelor party in cabo

Definitely the place to be if you want to literally be in the middle of it all.. beach, restaurants, bars, and the Marina! Our group of 11 guys had no problem finding a comfy place to sleep or relax in this well maintained condo. Very spacious!! Ray, the owner and his great staff were very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.... hopefully this year because I love Cabo! Thanks Ray!

A wonderful place to spend a week in paradise

Our extended family of 10 was overwhelmed with your suites. They were absolutely First Class, in every sense. The internet description was spot on. New furniture, new bedding, lots of towels, both suites had been recently remodeled, more TV's than we could watch, dozens of DVD's to watch, and so much room that I often had to go in search of someone, oh, and balconies with grand views. We were only a few steps to the Marina or downtown. A nearly perfect location, as it is near dozens of restaurants and so very close to shopping and the marina. We had no need of either a rental car or a cab. We spent nine days (eight nights) there and had a great time! We would absolutely recommend these suites to anyone, and we've all agreed that without question, we will most certainly stay there again!

Not impressed

The condo location was great however, it was not clean or maintained. We did not get a response from the owner when we sent inquiries. We cleaned glass off the kitchen floor, the floors in both condos were dirty, there was garbage left on one of the nightstands, dirty underwear in another bedroom, the showerheads in a couple of the bathrooms are rusted out and need to be replaced and broken kitchen tiles that would be a danger to anyone who stepped on them.

Beautiful suite in a perfect location

There is not much more I could have asked for from this suite. We had 11 guys in our late 20s staying here, and it never felt cramped, and we were all kept plenty entertained for 4 days. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably, multiple TVs and DVD players for entertainment, and the new iPod dock was a great addition. We used both BBQs to make dinner, made use of the fully stocked kitchen, and even the laundry rooms. The suite is in the best location in all of Cabo: - walking distance to the Marina, where we went sport fishing - 7 minute walk to the various resorts and beaches - 2 minutes to some of the most popular bars/clubs/restaurants in the area - 24 hour Subway sandwich shop around the corner - And how could I leave out the Dairy Queen to help cool off on those hot summer days. We didn't have to take a cab anywhere but to the airport, and had enough activities nearby to keep all 11 of us entertained with what we were interested in: sport fishing, paddle boarding, jet skis, ATVs and more, all within a 10 minute walk. This was my second visit to Cabo, staying at this residence, and it still managed to exceed my expectations. The on-premises security guard and daytime staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, and willing to do whatever they could to make sure our stay was perfect. I have every intention of staying here again on my next trip, and referring friends and family to this suite, as it offers everything that is needed on a trip to Cabo.

Kind of disappointing

I have so many conflicting feeling writing this review. We, a group of eight adults just returned from another amazing trip to Cabo. As always the city did not disappoint. I wish I could say the same for this condo. First, I must say the owner was always very responsive and couldn't have been more helpful with my questions and concerns. Katie was great. I wonder when she has last visited the condo and inspected it herself? When we arrived we were quite upset at how filthy the place was. Walking across the floors bear foot your feet were turned black. The kitchen was just gross. Countertops were dirty, microwave was greasy, dishes were dirty. Unfortunately it went bad to worse from there. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor, dresser drawers broken, remotes didn't work, on and on. The management company on site wasn't very helpful either. The positives were great however. Wonderful location, close to everything. Pool was pretty nice. Rudy, the security guy at night was awesome! We love Cabo and this condo did offer the two main things we required, the central location and an elevator to our room, so I can't complain there, but this place just needs a little TLC. Unfortunately we felt it was not portrade accurately.

Judy we are very sorry for any cleaning issues that were not up to standard. Our unit is rented out quite often and typical wear and tear does occur and with our units being right on the Marina the sea does have its effects too. If you would have informed us during your stay of any cleaning issues we would have sent up our Maid up right away to do an in depth cleaning and take care of any issues you may have had. We do rely heavily on our guest to inform us of any discrepancy they may have and we are more then willing to accommodate them and their needs. I am just very sorry we had to hear this after your stay! We would have loved to solve this issue right away, but again if we do not know of any issue we can not resolve it. As you had mentioned, we do not always get a chance to travel to our second home in Cabo so we value your feedback. We have the right to delete any review, but we want to leave this review up so that any future guests know that we take these issues very seriously and only want our guest to feel comfortable during their vacation. We also have an onsite Management company that could have assisted you with any other issues as well. We will make sure to add this on our future rental contracts. Thank you for the pro's you listed as we do take pride in our wonderful location of Cabo San Lucas.

Plaza Nautica hot spot

The property was spacious and had no maintenance issues of any type. However, the mattresses on all the beds were VERY uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. In fact, one of the pull outs was broken and actually lacerated my daughters nose. There was a frequent sewer smell in the bathrooms even with the drain covers on. The location is fabulous though, and we had a very good time.

What an amazing condo! We had the privilege of staying here last weekend. The condo is everything that you see online and even better. It's a perfect location, spacious and has a great pool. The owner was very easy to work with an responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!

Downtown Cabo

Very great location, close to everything, specially the night life. Medano beach was 15 minute walk down the marina strip. The condo was hard to find because the name of the condo was not on the booking and the address listed was non existent according to google maps. The name of the condo is the Plaza Nautica. Staff was very friendly and there is security. The condo was fine except that the all the beds were very uncomfortable and firm. Some of the pull out sofas were not in very good condition, and one of the condos had a very strong smell like sewer throughout our stay. We were a group of 14 people and we all had enough space. The kitchen was missing spoons and the stoves were very slow to heat things up. Overall, great location for someone who is looking to stay near all the night life.

Great location!

Spent about a week fishing and diving. These units are in a perfect location to everything especially water activities. Not to mention close all night life and restaurants. Everything is an easy walk. I mean really easy walk! Units are as seen on pics. No real surprises. Safe as well. Full time security. In short we will return. It is as advertised and is really a good value!
