Ideal location
Lovely villa, just as described. Plenty of space for all guests. Location was brilliant, short walk to bars and restaurants. Easy bus ride to Palma, magaluff and other local resorts. Would 100% recommend to any families to stay.

This villa is fantastic.
We arrived early on check in day and was able to leave our luggage at the villa until check in time . When we checked in there was beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge.
9 of us stayed at the villa and we all really enjoyed our stay.
All the living areas and bed rooms are a good size and well decorated.
It’s very obvious that Santiago has spent a lot of time building up the amenities in the villa. Everything is there you could want or need and the outside areas including pool are perfect. He was very helpful before our stay and once we was in the villa nothing was to much for him.
There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Bars and restaurants are also just a few minutes walk away.
There is also a good bus service along the front.palma is only 15 mins away on the bus.
Portal nous is worth a walk to for bars /restaurants, 30-40 mins walk away.
As I said earlier , a fantastic villa. You won’t be disappointed.

Big birthday family stay
Perfect from start to finish
Fast communication from the start Santiago answered at once and was in hand fir all parts of booking g arrival and leaving
The house is even better than the pictures and had something for every one
Our piano player was happy to find a piano
Our cyclists borrowed the bikes
Our chef barbecued on gas bbq to die for
Our swimmers were happy with the pool
And the sunbathers has plenty of terraces to chase the sunshine
The tv system was much appreciated by our tv addicts
Nothing to complain about what so ever

A very nice home away from home!
Our family of 9 persons, 6 adults and 3 children aged 2, 4 and 5 spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, spacious house.
Everything worked out fine and the owners Santiago and his wife Ana were very nice and helpful.
We appreciated the peaceful location near Palma and the sea, private parking for 2 cars and the nice garden with barbecue, outdoor dining table, nice sunloungers, a big swimmingpool and sea views to the bay of Palma.
The rooms are nicely decorated and the kitchen big and well equipped.
We warmly recommend this house and would not hesitate to book this house again.

Location
Located in the South West of the island, into a residential area just 150 meters from the beach and very close to portals port and calanova port, you can find all the water-attractions, sporting facilities and the magnificent scenery that Mallorca has to offer.
This villa is all within easy reach, and you can find all services very near walking.(and public transport to Palma too).
There are a choice of beaches locally at Cas Catala, Illetas or Bendinat. The larger tourist resort of Palma Nova is just 7km, Magaluf 8km and Santa Ponsa 10km.

If you like cycling you have the opportunity to enjoy the bike path Calvia 30 km long out of vehicle traffic.
The Porto Pi shopping center is located a ten minute drive and if you prefer close have the opportunity to travel with direct public transport.
