Wonderful property!

We loved our stay here. Sylvie and Stephane are lovely hosts and the apartment has wonderful character. Great little restaurant and market are just a short walk away. Loads of wonderful restaurants and wineries are just a short drive.

Wonderful stay near St Emilion

Our stay at Clos de Presbytère was lovely. Our charming hosts provided a beautiful breakfast in our own private garden, and we had exclusive use of the pool. The buildings were historic, with totally updated interior with large bathroom.

The perfect get away

The property was more beautiful than the photos. The accommodations were very comfortable. And the private pool was amazing. The host made us breakfasts that were delicious and convenient . I would definitely stay here again.

Little cottage in a small French town

Kitchen facilities was okay, could use more light for cooking in the evening.. Bed was really nice and bathroom very modern.

Quiet and clean

The cottage was well equipped, clean and had a pharmacy, restaurant and small grocery store close by. Our host Sylvie booked a wine tour for us and checked to ensure we had everything we needed. Puisseguin is a small village outside St. Emilion that made a good base for exploring the wine country.

Lovely Apartment in a quaint village

Lovely,well equipped apartment in the centre of a beautiful but very small quaint old village. We arrived Sunday afternoon only to find village deserted, plus local shop & Restaurant closed. Everything also closed on a Monday except the chemist, so if going at a weekend you need to be well stocked up. We were also very disappointed on arrival to find out we were not permitted access to the pool which was listed in the facilities and shown in the opening photo advertising the apartment. We were told we had been informed of this as pool not available to us prior to the 24th, reason still unsure due to translation issues? I have can find no information about this in any correspondence. Also the bicycles listed in the facilities are no longer available but I only found this out when I emailed a few weeks before to enquire about them. They are also still advertised in the apartment description. The reason I picked this apartment was because of its close location to Saint Emilion, the pool and the bikes, so therefore a bit disappointed these were not available. The owners wife Sylvia was very helpful when ordering us a taxi for a day trip.
