La Maison de Julie - Puisseguin

The gîte "La Maison de Julie" is located 7 km from the village of Saint Emilion, in the heart of the Puisseguin - Saint-Emilion appellation vineyard. This location will be ideal for discovering all the riches of our beautiful region. Adjacent to the owners' home, the gîte has a beautiful, private terrace overlooking landscaped grounds with a pleasant view of the surrounding vineyards. In summer, you can enjoy the swimming pool (9mx4mx Depth 1.50m) shared with the owners. Renovated in keeping with the character of the place, it consists on the ground floor of a main room with kitchen, dining room and living room, a toilet, a bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed with its private open shower room. Upstairs there is a second attic bedroom (openwork transom overlooking the living room which can be hidden) equipped with two twin 80 cm beds (160 cm bed) with its private open shower room/WC. The cottage is equipped with a wood heating system (pellet stove) with electric backup in some rooms. Sheets, towels and table linen as well as heating are included in the price. A travel cot, a potty, a high chair and a baby bath are available. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service).
